Metro Dairy Limited is a profit making joint sector company with an annual turnover of Rs. 252 crores.The Company is setting up a plant for manufacturing of ice cream and frozen dessert in the Malda Food Park.

The Company wishes to recruit a Manager – Ice Cream Plant. The candidate should have a Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Dairy Technology, with around 15 years of experience in the operations of a food processing plant, of which at least 5 years should have been in the production of ice cream.

The job entails overall management of the plant, from the installation stage, and includes production, maintenance, commercial and personnel functions. The candidate should be able to provide leadership and motivation to the team, and interact with various local bodies.

The Company is looking for a professional, who is a self starter with a penchant for responsibility and challenge, and with a flair for innovation. The Company will provide a totally professional work environment and an attractive remuneration package.
