National Sales Manager The Ideal candidate would be one possessing excellent motivational & persuasive skills, sound product & Industry knowledge with about 15 years of sales experience (at least 3 years handling pan India sales) In the FMCG hdustry, preferably in confectionery. Regional Sales Heads with over 5 years experience will also be considered, Adequate experience of handling distribution & channel management, including but not limited to Modem & Retail Trade. The candidate will be responsible for top & bottom line growth of the given brands, Other responsibilites Include drawing up annual sales & marketing budgets and forecasts; appointing, motivating, & mentoring the sales staff; Implementing the company’s national sales strategy & tactics, besides working with the regional sales managers to ensure that the sales force achieves the set targets. Needless to add, the job entails extensive travelling. Salary will not be a bar for the deserving candidate.
