Urgently Required Advocate/ Senior Advocate
Candidates should be L.L.B. / L.L.M. having Experience of 5-8 years in Litigation & Non Litigation (Documentation) matters in Real Estate Company or with the legal firm dealing in Property matters. He/ She will be responsible for drafting legal documents such as sales agreements, MOUs, conveyance of properties, etc.

Research Associate to CEO
MBA(Research) / M.Phil / Ph.D / Post Graduate in Statistics / Economics having 3-10 years of experience in research work, thesis writing, property market surveys, trend analysis, etc.

Manager / Senior Manager – Liaisoning
Architect or Civil Engineer with minimum 10-15 years of experience in liaison and co-ordination with Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, CIDCO, Vasai – Virar Corporation, Town Planning Offices, Building Proposal departments and other Government Offices for sanctions, layouts & approvals of building plans including High rise building, etc in MMRDA Regions.. The candidates must be well versed with Municipal Laws, DC Rules & Regulations.

Manager / Senior Manager – Construction
Civil Engineer with 12-18 years of experience in construction of high rise residential & commercial buildings and should have capacity of handling project independently from start to handover.

Manager – Accounts & Taxation
Post Graduate in Commerce with 10 – 15 years of experience or CA with 5-7 years of experience in Accounts, tax planning & statutory compliances and preferably worked with Real Estate Company.

Manager / Senior Manager – Materials
Graduate or Post Graduate preferably with Civil Engineering and or Management Qualification with 10-15 yrs of experience in negotiations, inventory and vendor management with Real Estate Company from Mumbai.
