Management graduates are required as Management Trainees to be posted in our Business Development, Finance, LNG & Petro based projects and Port Operations departments. The job involves extensive on-job training for one year, the incumbents based on their performance will be confirmed in the Middle Management cadre after the training period.
Candidates should be 21 to 25 years of age. Applications with full details of age, languages known, education and experience, if any should be accompanied by a note (about 200 words) on ‘Reasons why I am interested in this job’. The selection process shall consist of screening of applications, written tests and final interview in Chennai.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Business Development :MBA (Marketing) with exposure in Agri based products, Automobiles & Textile industries
Finance: MBA (Finance)
LNG & Petro products : BE (Petroleum Engg.) / MBA (Oil & Gas Marketing) from UPES, Dehradun
Port Operations: MBA (Port Operations) from any Maritime University

B.E / B.Tech & MBA with 10 years of experience in Business Development of multi-cargo (coal, fertilizer, agri, liquid / LNG & petro products) in port sector. Candidates with experience in marketing of industrial products / exposure to B2B marketing can also apply. Position based at Chennai and also at New Delhi.
GM – Port Operations:
B.E / B.Tech with 10 years of experience in operations of port / shipping / logistics industry. Candidates with experience in manufacturing / extensive process based industries can also apply. Position based at Karaikal.
GM – Projects (LNG):
B.E / B.Tech with 10 years of experience in developing a LNG terminal. Position based at Karaikal.
GM – Finance:
CA / MBA (finance) with 10 years of experience in financial modeling, analysis and exposure to both equity and debt. Position based at Chennai.
GM – Railway Operations:
Graduate with experience in Indian Railways and exposure in handling rail movement in private port sector. Position based at Karaikal.
AGM – Costing:
ICWA with 8 years of experience in operation costing, MIS and project costing. Position based at Chennai / Karaikal.
AGM – HR & IR:
MBA / MSW in HR with 8 years of experience in IR, labour laws and exposure in manufacturing / plant HR activities. Position based at Karaikal.
