RECRUITMENT NOTICE
The Maharashtra State Seeds Corporation Ltd. a leading Public Sector Undertaking in India, engaged in seed production, processing and marketing of quality seeds of various crops and varieties, having annual turnover of more than Rs. 550 Crores, wishes to recruit dynamic professionals for the following posts.

General Manager (Marketing) : One Post
Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate in Agriculture with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Management of Marketing from reputed Institutes. Post Graduate Degree in Management science from IIM or IMM will be preferred. He must have minimum 8 to 10 years experience in planning, marketing strategy, monitoring market research, development of distributors’ network, pricing, advertising and demand forecasting at a very senior level.
Age (Maximum) : 50 years.
Pay Scale : Pay Band-4 Rs 37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs 8700/- -
General Manager (Processing) : One Post
Qualification & Experience : M.Tech. 1st Class (Agril.Engineering) Preferably with specialization in Agriculture Processing Engineering. He must have minimum experience of 8 to 10 years in seed industry i.e. in the area of planning, processing, processing stores, installation and maintenance of Plant and Machineries, preparation of Project Reports, Material Management etc. at a senior level.
Age (Maximum) : 50 years.
Pay Scale : Pay Band-4 Rs 37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs 8700/- Gross initial emoluments for each post approx. Rs. 95,000/- per month + perks i.e. housing, medical reimbursement, CPF/Gratuity, Car etc. as per rules.
The experience in the rank of Regional Manager in MSSCL or equivalent in other similar organization or on the post having gross salary of Rs.50,000/- or more per month in case of employees in private organization in similar business, will be considered as experience at senior level. In case of deserving candidates the Management reserves the right to relax the condition of qualification. The Management also reserves the right to relax condition of upper age limit in respect of candidates from MSSCL.
