Manager – Laboratory and Process Control
BE / Diploma in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering with 10 to 15 years of experience in Ductile Iron /SG Iron foundry in Quality assurance in Process control department is essential. The candidate must be thorough knowledge of Metallurgical and Green Sand control and experience in Furan and cold box resin bonded sand control is desirable. Must have knowledge in all foundry process like Induction melting / SG-lron production, High Pressure moulding, cold box core making, Furan fast loop line, rejection analysis and corrective actions is essential. Responsible for all Laboratory functions -Chemical, Spectro, Metallugraphy and Mechanical testing. Experience in Advanced Thermal Analysis Systems (ATAS) is a plus. Knowledge in ISO/TS 16949 quality system & Safety Practice is desirable. As an incharge of Process control should lead the team in Laboratory and Process control.

ASST. MANAGER – MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE
BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 7 to 12 years of experience in maintenance of Foundry equipments including High pressure moulding machine, Sand Plant Hydraulic equipments, Air compressor, Diesel Generator, Bulk LPG handling and RO water treatment plant. Will be also responsible for un-interrupted service of Self generated power, Compressed Air, Gas supply and treated water effectively. Also, responsible for follow up & execution of periodical and preventive maintenance of connected Plant/equipments with the team, to achieve the targeted OEE. Knowledge in Safety practices & TPM is preferred.

Head-QMS and Training
BE in Mechanical Discipline with 12 to 15 years experience or Diploma in Mechanical with 15 to 20 years experience in training department Candidate should have hands on experience in implementation of EMS and OSHAS and capable of handling training and developmental activities in established organizations. Shall be capable of identifying training needs of employees, resources and provision of training. Experience in Foundry will be preferred. The candidate must be conversant with all Standards and Quality Systems and will be responsible for Internal Audit, ail MR functions in Foundry and certified Lead Auditor.

Head – Product Development
BE in Mechanical Discipline with 12 to 15 years experience or Diploma in Mechanical with 15 to 20 years experience in product development department, especially in Gray / SG iron foundry pattern shop. Candidate should possess the knowledge in feasibility report, mounting of pattern and work allocation. Exposure to Systematic product development through PPAP / APQP is essential. Shall have experience in Methoding, trouble shooting, marking and mounting and proving of patterns and core boxes. He should have knowledge in foundry processes. Knowledge in ISO/TS, CAD/CAM will be added advantage.

In Charge–Process Control

  • BE (Mech) with 12 to 16 years of experience in CNC Machine shop and currently heading the operations of a Machine shop.
  • Should be a Team leader and self driven to achieve the organization’s goal and capable of handling a Team of Managers, Engineers and Operators.
  • Should have hands on experience in CNC machining (VMC, HMC and CNC Turning)

Responsible for preparation of Monthly Financial Budgets and inventory Control and other over heads report analysis. Knowledge in preparation of various financial statements like balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statements.- Knowledge of Tally is mandatory. Candidate having experience in Engineering Industry or Foundry background will be preferred.

MANAGER-PLANNING AND SHIPMENT

BE with 10 to 12 year experience or DME with 12-15 years experience in foundry / Engineering industry Knowledge in foundry manufacturing process is essential. Will be responsible for Planning process from Order receipt to Shipment. Capable of production planning for core shop, moulding, pouring and fettling process. support process. Knowledge in Computer operations is essential.

Should be a Team player working closely wftfi other support functions to ensure on time delivery to customers. Knowledge in capacity workings is desirable. Experience in warehouse handling and logistics management Working knowledge in Lean practices is preferred.

ASST. MANAGER PRODUCTION

Hands on experience in Furan production line – Mixer operation, calibration, mould making, bench life and stripping of moulds. Experience in Furan core manufacturing, core setting and mould closing Knowledge on chills and sleeves. Experience in casting defects elimination and quality improvement Knowledge on process control parameters, sand properties like AFS, Fines, LOI and Sand temp. Knowledge on Pouring and knockout Control on Consumption of raw material (Resin, Catalyst and Sand) and waste Elimination. Man power management

ASST. MANAGER -MELTING

BE Mechanical / Metallurgy with 5 to 8 years experience or DME with 7-10 years hands on experience in Melting process in Grey & SG Iron manufacturing foundry. Hands on experience in Melting fine – Charge mix calculation, furnace lining and best melting practices. Hands on experience in reducing Energy consumption in furnaces. Knowledge on Trouble snooting of furnaces. Experience in elimination of melting related rejection and quality improvement Control on Consumption of raw material and waste elimination. Should be able to work with moulding line supervisors for optimal usage of Furnaces. Knowledge on Thermal analysis.

SUPERVISOR -PAINTSHOP

DME/ BSC Chemistry with 4 to 6 years experience with hands on experience in application of special paints. Hands on experience in special Painting of castings – Paint Mixing, painting process, pre and post preparation of parts. Hands on experience in inspecting painted parts. Knowledge on selection and usage of inspection equipments related to Painting process. Experience in problem solving. Control on Consumption of raw material and waste elimination. Handling documentation related to painting.

Knowledge in ISO/TS 16949 & Adherence of Safety practices and 5S are essential for all above mentioned positions
