* GM-MARKETING, KERALA
MBAs with a minimum of 20 years of selling / marketing experience in FMCG, building materials, consumer products and consumer durables may apply. The incumbent will plan and implement proactive and aggressive strategies for market development, advertisement, sales promotion and customer service. Accent is on strong conceptual base, achievement orientation and excellent interpersonal skills and channel management.

* SALES OFFICERS – DISTRICTS IN SOUTH INDIA
MBAs with 2-5 years of selling / marketing experience in FMCG, building materials, consumer products and consumer durables may apply. Exposure to dealer management and credit management is a must. Fresh MBAs with excellent academic background may apply for trainee positions.

* TECHNICAL SALES OFFICERS -TAMILNADU AND KERALA
Civil Engineering graduates or diploma holders with 2-5 years of result oriented experience in sales, marketing, customer service and dealer network areas of consumer products would be preferred. Candidates should be tech-savvy, go-getters with high degree of drive and motivation.

DGM-MATERIALS
Engineering Graduates or Graduates in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management, having a minimum of 20 years of experience in inbound logistics management, inventory management, product sourcing and commercial contracts. Working knowledge in an ERP environment will be an added advantage

DGM-PERSONNEL/HRD
Post Graduates in Personnel Management from a reputed institution having a minimum of 16 years of experience. Key responsibilities would include human resource planning, talent acquisition, development and retention, employee engagement activities, employee relations and performance management. Exposure to ERP enabled HR systems and contemporary HR practices will be preferred. Persons with 3-6 years experience in a manufacturing industry may also apply for Asst.Manager-Personnel position in the factory location in Tamil Nadu.
MANAGER-CEMENT DESPATCH
Graduates with effective labour management skills of around 20 years experience in despatch operations with exposure to automatic packing plant of large cement company is preferred. Key responsibilities would include planning the despatches to various destinations and maintaining liaison with railway authorities and transporters. He should be capable of managing the loading operations at factory and be familiar with requirements of excise duty, VAT and other legal formalities
.
MANAGER-LANDS & LIAISON
Graduate or Post Graduate with good communication skills with a minimum of 20 years of experience in dealing with acquisition of land.Should be well versed in administration, public relations and in dealing with statutory authorities.
MANAGER -SECURITY
Candidates should be Ex-Servicemen of the Indian Army in not less than the rank of a Captain from Infantry and Artillery division. Knowledge of the latest security and surveillance systems for industrial units will be an added advantage.
DY.MANAGER-ACCOUNTS / AUDIT
Candidates should be a fresh Chartered Accountant or with 1-3 years of experience. They will be placed in our Accounts /Management Audit and Systems Department.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE-ACCOUNTS / AUDIT
Candidates should be fresh CA-lnter / qualified Accounting Technicians with good academic record. They will undergo training for a period of one year and subject to successful completion of training, will be absorbed as Junior Manager-Accounts/Audit.
OFFICER-ACCOUNTS
Candidates should be first class Commerce Graduates upto 5 years of experience. Responsibilities would be to handle day today accounts dealing with Banks, VAT and various tax laws.
ACCOUNTS TRAINEES
Fresh first class Commerce graduates with good academic record. They should be willing to work in a factory environment or in any of our marketing locations in South India. Computer skills are essential.
