* DGM-MECHANICAL
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 20 years experience in maintenance in a large modem cement plant. Exposure to latest maintenance practices, predictive and preventive maintenance systems and condition monitoring of equipment is essential. Exposure to computerized maintenance will be an added advantage.

* DGM-PROCESS
Graduates in Chemical engineering with a minimum of 16 years experience in a large modern cement plant. Exposure to process control of cement manufacturing, precalcinator kiln operations and vertical roller mills is a must.

* AGM-QUALITY CONTROL
Graduates/ Post Graduates in Chemistry with 20-25 years of experience in a large modern cement plant. Knowledge of BIS standards, exposure in X-RF, XRD, CBA with respect to quality control, analytical lab equipment and chemical analysis are essential.

* AGM-CIVIL
Graduate Engineers in Civil with a minimum of 16 years of experience in execution of civil projects. Innovative persons with exposure to planning will be preferred.

* MANAGER-ELECTRICAL
Graduate in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in cement / process industry. The incumbent will be responsible for installation and maintenance of HT and LT electrical equipments such as, transformers, switchgears and motors. Experience in captive power generation and liaisoning with Electricity Board officials is an added advantage.

* DY.MANAGER-INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
Graduate in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Industrial Engineering or Engineering Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from reputed institute having 5-7 years of experience in a process industry or an engineering industry is preferred. Key responsibilities would include productivity studies and improvements, energy conservation, equipment life-cycle costing studies / reliability studies, inventory control studies, manpower utilization studies, productivity improvement and TPM/TQM.

* DY.MANAGER-MINES
Diploma / Degree in Mining Engineering with competency certificates in I class / II class, having a minimum experience of 5 years. He should be conversant with operations in mechanized open cast mines, preferably in limestone mines with adequate knowledge in maintenance of EME, computerized mine planning and statutory laws applicable to mines.

* DEPUTY OFFICER-PROCESS / QUALITY CONTROL
Chemistry Graduates with a minimum of 2 years experience in a large modern cement plant may apply for process control and CCR operations.

* CHEMIST TRAINEES
Fresh first class Chemistry Graduates with good academic background and willing to work in a factory environment.

Madras Cements Ltd., a leading cement, manufacturing company belonging to RAMCO group, is looking for Principal for their School (CBSE pattern) run by Madras Cements Ltd Educational and Charitable Trust. The school is located at Tamaraikulam, Sendurai-AriyalurRoad.

Candidate should possess Master’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks in any one of the following subjects – English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Botany plus B.Ed, (full time Regular) from a recognized Indian University. Ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in academic profession out of which at least 5 years as Principal / Vice Principal of a CBSE affiliated school or in an administrative capacity in a CBSE school with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in any CBSE / reputed high school.
