Qualification and Experience: M.B.B.S. / M.D. / M.S. / D.N.B. with PG Degree / Diploma in Hospital Administration total 15 – 20 years including 10 – 12 years experience of managing a large hospital of not less than 300 beds in capacity of Medical Superintendent.

Attributes:

• Expertise in Managing day to day Indoor Admissions and Administration, Medico Legal & Statutory Compliance, Strategy formulation for IP Admissions and managing the patients and their relations. Medical Records Management & Nursing Management.
• Good communication, teaching, analytical and liaisoning skills.
• Computer Savvy.

  Profile: Providing leadership and direction for the development of strategies to promote the excellence in patient care, medical records maintenance and proper medico legal & statutory compliance. Participation in the planning, implementation and evaluation of clinical programs and patient care services, assuring appropriate resources for the delivery of care. Assuring all patient care services are provided in compliance with all applicable standards and requirements of the NABH and all other applicable regulatory bodies.

  CPS recognised seat for certificate course in DIABETOLOGY for the term beginning from 01.08.2012.

  M.B.B.S. with compulsory MMC registration.

  CLINICAL ASSOCIATE IN NON INVASIVE CARDIOLOGY
  MD/DNB (Medicine) with experience in Diagnostic Cardiology.

  CLINICAL ASSOCIATE / CLINICAL ASSISTANT / ASSOCIATE IN GASTRO-INTESTINAL SURGERY, RADIOLOGY, NEPHROLOGY, UROLOGY, NEUROSURGERY, PEDIATRIC SURGERY, GENERAL SURGERY, ENT, NEUROLOGY, CARDIOLOGY, PATHOLOGY
  MD/MS/DNB/Mch/DM in above specialities alongwith 1 to 3 yrs. experience.

  JUNIOR RESIDENTS (CMO / HOUSEMAN) IN CASUALTY, NUCLEAR MEDICINE, GASTROENTEROLOGY, HEMATOLOGY & MEDICAL ONCOLOGY, INTERNAL MEDICINE, CARDIOLOGY,CVTS, PLASTIC & VASCULAR SURGERY & NEUROLOGY.
  MBBS / PG DIP in above specialities alongwith 1 to 2 yrs. experience. Fresh MBBS shall also be considered.

  ELECTRICIAN
  H.S.C. passed + ITI+NCTVT with 4-5yrs.experience in reputed hospital/hotel industry.

  A.C. TECHNICIAN
  H.S.C. passed + ITI +NCTVT with 4-5 yrs. experience in reputed hospital / hotel industry.
  Candidates with multi-skill exposure of engineering maintenance (electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing etc.) shall be preferred for above positions.

  PLUMBER
  H.S.C. passed + ITI +NCTVT with 4-5 yrs. experience in reputed hospital / hotel industry. Candidates with exposure of handling hospital medical gases system shall be preferred.

  PATHOLOGY TECHNICIAN
  B.Sc + MSBTE recognised PGDMLT, well versed with Diagnostic techniques and 1 -2 yrs. experience from a reputed Hospital or Diagnostic centre.

  RADIOLOGY TECHNICIAN
  H.S.C. + Diploma in Radiography from recognised institute, well versed with Digital Radiography and 1- 2 years experience in X-Ray, Sonography, Mammography, BMD etc. in a reputed Hospital or Diagnostic centre.

  STAFF NURSE (FEMALE)
  B.Sc. (Nsg) / G.N.M. registered with MNC and having 1 – 2 yrs. experience in a reputed hospital. Operation Theatre/ Critical Care exp. shall have added advantage.

CHIEF – NURSING SERVICES
Qualification and Experience
* M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Nsg) with total 15-20 years experience of managing nursing personnels, patients care services etc.
* Masters / Diploma in Hospital Administration will be preferred.
* Must have managed nursing related personnel in a large hospital of not less than 300 beds.

  C.S.S.D. TECHNICIAN (MALE)
  B.Sc. with 1-3 yrs. experience in the sterilisation department of a reputed hospital. Fresh Science graduates shall also be considered.

O.T. TECHNICIAN (MALE)
B.Sc. with 1 -3 yrs. experience in the Operation Theatre department of a reputed hospital. Candidate with Diploma in Operation Theatre techniques from Recognised MSBTE Institutes shall be an added advantage. Fresh Science Graduate shall also be considered for trainee position.

NURSE EDUCATOR
M .Sc. / B.Sc. -Nursing, with min. 2/5 yrs. of experience of working in a hospital of not less than 200 beds preferably with an attached Nursing School and / or Critical Care experience of minimum 2 yrs. Exposure to NABH protocols and practices shall be preferred. Shall possess good people management and teaching skills and sharp acumen to manage continuous nursing education in co-ordination of the Head of Nursing Services and the Hospital Management.
