GM – Projects
Degree in Civil Engineering with 18-20 yrs of experience in execution of a large scale Real Estate project, Residential Township, IT Parks, Complexes, and Malls etc. Experience in MIVAN/Aluminium Shuttering form work is preferred.
GM – Club
Graduate/Post Graduate in Hospitality Management. Should possess 10-12 yrs of experience in handling the complete operations of the Health club / Private club. Responsible for the pre-opening set-up, forming of the team; handling project right from the pre-launch till the set-up of the operations.
GM – Sales & Marketing
Post Graduate in Marketing with minimum 10-15 yrs of relevant experience in handling Sales & Marketing of Residential Group Housing and also strong capability to conceive and implement innovative business ideas & develop market strategies.
GM – Planning
Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with 15-17 yrs of experience in planning of a large scale Real Estate project, High rise Residential township, IT Parks, Complexes, Malls etc. Proficient in MSP/Primavera.
Manager – Safety
Degree/Diploma holder in Civil Engineering having at least 10-12 yrs of experience in implementation of Safety Plan Procedures, Safety codes & training in High rise Multistorey group housing projects & township.
Manager – Construction
Degree in Civil Engineering with 8-12 yrs of experience in execution of a large scale Real Estate Projects, High rise Residential township, IT Parks, Complexes, Malls etc. Proficient in MSP.
Sr. Engineer – QA/QC
Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4-6 yrs of experience & knowledge of QA/QC procedure, Project Quality Plan, Implementation of QMS, Inspection Test Plan (ITPs), Method Statements and checklists for High rise Multi-storey group housing projects & township.
Sr. Engineer – Finishing
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 4-6 yrs of experience in High rise Multi-storey group housing projects & township focusing on Finishing work.
Sr. Engineer – Plumbing & Fire Fighting
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4-6 yrs of relevant experience related to plumbing & fire fighting of a large scale Real Estate Projects, High rise Residential township, IT Parks, Complexes, Malls etc.
Quantity Surveyor
Civil & Mechanical Engineering or qualified Quantity Surveyor from Institute of Quantity Surveyor with 4-6 yrs of experience in the field of Quantity Surveying, preparing estimates, tender documents, checking measurements and analyzing rates of various items.
Engineer – Billing
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 4-7 yrs of experience in execution & billing of High rise Multi-storey group housing projects & township.
Foreman – MIVAN
Diploma in Civil Engineering with 4-5 yrs of experience in MIVAN/Aluminium Shuttering FORMWORK.
