• GENERAL MANAGER – PURCHASE:
  BE. With minimum 15 years of experience. The incumbent should be responsible for capacity building for sourcing and building redundancy in the supply chain and for ensuring alignment to best practice in purchase and procurement and developing new vendors for qualitative material with competitive prices.
• MANAGER – PURCHASE:
  Diploma/BE with minimum 6 years of experience. The incumbent must have capacity of team handling, Vender Development, knowledge of ERP,end to end support to the business plan by procurement of qualitative material in time with cost effectiveness.
• MANAGER – PURCHASE FOR CAPITAL ASSETS:
  Diploma/ BE with minimum 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years hands on experience of purchasing capital Assets / machineries with cost effectiveness.
• GENERAL MANAGER – PRODUCTION:
  BE with minimum 15 years of experience in the production field. Incumbent should have Experience familiar with handling all planning, production & inventory control activities at different production units independently.
• MANAGER – PRODUCTION:
  Diploma/BE with minimum 6 years of experience in the production field. Incumbent can able to handle and get output from production team include supervisors, contractors and helpers.
• MANAGER – LOGISTIC (COLOR/PACKING /DISPATCH):
  B. Com. / Graduation with minimum 6years of experience of dispatch department as a manager. Profile includes coordination with transporters, branches, distributors, follow up with production able to manage team to work as per packing standards & also ensure for timely dispatch of product.
• MANAGER – QUALITY CONTROL:
  Diploma/ BE with minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Control /Assurance. He should be well versed in PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and TPM, QC tools & able to utilize data profiling for investigating and solving problems related to QC. He should be involved in developing vendor in terms of quality of products & set infrastructure at vendor’s end.
• BRANCH MANAGER – MARKETING: PAN INDIA
  MBA (Marketing)/Diploma/Degree (Engineering) having an experience of minimum 8 years in sales and marketing. Able to super head the marketing process in the territory, engage in studying, strategizing inputs and developing the markets, leading the team of marketing professionals.
• DGM – MARKETING: PAN INDIA
  MBA (Marketing)/Diploma/Degree (Engineering)having an experience of minimum 15 years in sales and marketing, able to handle territory of minimum 2 to 3 states,creating market -appointing district wise Dealers, review of team to ensure performance and achieve targets.
• DGM – FINANCE:
  CA / Inter CA / MBA (Finance) / having an minimum 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, profile includes preparation of monthly financial statements, costing, budgeting, MIS, statutory compliances, Experience of IPO releasing Process etc. and have a dynamic leadership style to get the work done from functional heads
• MANAGER – ACCOUNTS:
  Graduate / Inter CA / CA / candidate with minimum 8 years of experience in accounting of mass manufacturing concern, corporate balance sheet, statutory matters, handling commercial matters. Incumbent must have experience to handle functional team.
• MANAGER – COSTING:
  ICWA / inter ICWA with minimum 6 years of experience in handling costing department of mass manufacturing industry. He will be responsible to measure unit wise standard and real costing, MIS, cost analysis etc.
• EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR / STENO:
  Graduate (Male candidate-maximum age limit-35 years) having minimum experience of 3 years of same profile with fluency in English, good communication, willing to travel. Profile include handling and distributing all incoming and outgoing correspondences, such as letters, reports, preparing minutes of meeting & coordinating with all Heads of Department.
