| The following staff required for the Operational Malls at Nagpur, Vapi (Gujarat), and Dombivili (Mumbai). MALL MANAGERS / HEAD OF MALL OPERATIONS (3 NOS.) Related bachelor’s degree or an education/experience combination in the areas of marketing, business administration, real estate (leasing), property management and/or retail management. Having experience of 7+ years in Mall Management. Responsibilities: Mail Managers are accountable for leasing (long-term and temporary), negotiation of contracts, staff supervision, office management, budgeting and monthly financial analysis and reporting, tenant and public relations, and operational issues all with the goal of maximizing the asset value of the property. In addition, the manager will also be accountable for the development and implementation of the mall marketing program, sales analysis, corporate and merchant communication, and community public relations. Mall Leasing Head: About 5+ years of Experience in Mall and Retail industry. Excellent leadership qualities. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have previous experience in Mall Leasing, Marketing or Sales, ideally within a shopping centre or similar environment. You must be proactive with excellent problem solving and communication skills and have a desire to build a career in retail property. Most importantly you will be creative, driven and hungry to succeed. Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or Marketing will be viewed favourably. Most importantly, you will be strategically minded and a strong and motivating team leader. |
