# PROJECT MANAGERS/ENGINEERS
Degree in Electrical/Civil engineering with 5 to 25 years of experience in Transmission line projects Candidates will be responsible for various facets of project management such as project profitability, site management, project coordination and client relationship. Experience of ERP preferred.
# HSE ENGINEERS
Degree /Diploma in safety with more than 5 years experience in infrastructure / construction safety, Certification in NEBOSH/OSHAS/IOSH preferred with good interpersonal and communication skills.
# QUALITY ENGINEERS
Candidates should be Civil engineer with experience of quality control and maintenance in infrastructure construction projects. Exposure to quality documentation as per ISO standards preferable
# SURVEYORS
Diploma/ITI (Survey) with more than 5 years experience in handling land surveys with knowledge of survey instruments such as total station/GP8/DGPS in infrastructure projects preferably power transmission,
# STORES
Graduate with more than 5 years experience in managing large stores/warehouse in infrastructure projects preferably in Transmission lines, Knowledge of stores documentation is must Exposure to ERP environment will be preferred.
# COMMERCIAL MANAGERS/OFFICERS
CA/ICWA/ICWA Inter with more than 5 years experience in accounting, budgeting, MIS, invoicing, taxation and excise. Exposure of working in ERP environment is desirable.
# DRAUGHTSMAN
Diploma/ITI in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Draughtsman preferably with specialization in steel structure with knowledge of estimation & preparation of bill of material. Proficiency in AUTOCAD/BOCAD is must
# PROCUREMENT MANAGERS/ENGINEERS
Degree in Engineering with 5 to 15 years experience in procurement function in Transmission projects, Responsible for managing procurement of Raw / Transmission line material
# HR/IR MANAGER
Degree in Human Resources/Personnel Management / Industrial Relations with more than 15 years experience in managing Human Resources/industrial Relations of multi locational Manufacturing unite/plants.
# BUSINESS HR / TALENT ACQUISITION
For Business HR / Talent Acquisition rote candidates should have Degree in Human Resource/Personnel Management with 5 years or more experience in managing Business HR/Talent Acquisition role preferably in Infrastructure segment.
# DESIGN TEAM LEADERS / MANAGERS / ENGINEERS
Post Graduate/Graduate in Civil/Structural engineering with more than 5 years of experience in designing STEEL/RCC structures. Exposure to design software PL8-TOWER/POLE/CADD/I-TOWER will be an added advantage. Candidate with experience in design of tower foundation and profiling in Transmission projects preferred.
