We, a well established and fast growing Packaging industry with an annual turnover of Rs. 450 Crores requires following Professionals for our Pollachi unit:

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Experience : 6 to 8 Years
Exposure : Should be able to independently handle the finance and Accounts function. Should be able to finalize the books of accounts. Experience in submission of monthly banking reports and liasioning with Banks is must. Knowledge in Income Tax, TDS, Service tax is must.
Age : Below 40 years

COMPANY SECRETARY
Qualification: Graduate with ACS.,
Experience : 5 to 8 years
Exposure : Maintenance of mandatory records as required under Companies Act, 1956. Compliance with Stock Exchanges/SEBI Regulations, communicating with DP/Shareholders, filing of returns with ROC with regard to various matters as required under the Companies Act, convening Board meetings, Shareholders meetings etc.,
Age : Below 40 years

PERSONNEL MANAGER
Qualification: Degree in Law with P.G Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Law /Industrial Relations, Master of Social work
Experience : 8 to 10 years
Exposure : Should have independently handled entire functional aspects of Personnel department and should have held similar position at least for 5 years.
Age : Below 40 years
