Qualification and Experience:
* A Master’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC Seven Point Scale.
* Professor in a University Department/Grade-I Principal of a College.
* At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer (Sr. Scale)/Assistant Professor or 8 years as Associate Professor (Reader’s Grade) along with experience in educational administration.

OR
Comparable experience in a research establishment and / or other institutions of higher education.

OR
15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar/ Deputy Controller of Examinations or an equivalent post.

Age – Not exceeding 55 years
Salary : As per new Sixth Pay Commission scale of pay In the time scale of pay of Rs.37400 – 67000 to be fixed at appropriate stage plus grade pay of Rs.10,000/- plus permissible allowances.

Experience :

  2. Should have completed at least one general orientation course and two refresher courses in education/Special Education of UGC
  3. Valid registration with RCI u/s 19 of RCI Act, 1992 is essential
