Johnson Controls Automotive Ltd., India Seating Tech Center provides engineering services to Johnson Controls‘ global tech centers spread across US, Europe & APAC regions. With 450+ engineers located globally, JCAL ISTC has to its credit design & development of many advanced seating systems.

Position Title: Design Engineer / Lead Engineer
Minimum Qualifications: First Class in B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical /Automobile)
Experience: 2-10 years
Job Specifications:
- Catia V5 and VPM proficiency
- Experience in design & development of seating systems, sub systems and components (Metals, Mechanisms, Plastics, Foam)
- Exposure to UG, IDEAS & TCAE will be an added advantage.
Position Title: Analyst / Lead Analyst
Minimum Qualifications: First Class in B.E./B.Tech./ M.E./M.Tech. (Mechanical/Automobile)
Experience: 2-10 years
Job Specifications:
- Experience in automotive crash CAE analysis
- Expertise in LS-DYNA, Abaqus, & FTSS dummies
- Proficiency in non-linear static, dynamic & vibration analysis of seating
- Exposure to Radioss & fatigue / durability analysis will be an added advantage.
Both the positions demand high customer focus, good communication skills and high analytical & problem solving skills.
