Jindal Synfuels Limited (JSFL), a part of Jindal Steel and Power Limited, is implementing Coal to Liquids (CTL) Project to produce 80,000 bbl/day Petroleum Products from Coal at Angul in Odisha State. This is a pioneer and first of its kind CTL Project in India. This Project involves major sections such as Coal Gasification to produce raw Syngas, Syn Gas Cleaning, Syn Gas conversion to Syn Crude through Fischer Tropsch route and finally Converting Syn Crude to Petroleum Products.
