JPL has set up India’s first Super Thermal Power Plant of 1000 MW (4×250 MW) in the private sector at Tamnar, Raigarh and the proposed expansion of 4×600 MW (BHEL make) has already started in full swing. REQUIREMENT FOR OPERATION & MAINTENANCE – (4X250)MW
A) SR. GM/GM/SR. DGM (TURBINE& AUX. MAINTENANCE)
The candidate should be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with experience of 17 to 22 years in maintenance and overhaul of turbine and its auxiliaries of large size thermal power plants.
B) SR. GM/GM/SR. DGM (BOILER & AUX. MAINTENANCE)
The candidate should be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with experience of 17 to 22 years in maintenance of boiler and its associated auxiliaries in large thermal power plants.
C) GM/ SR. DGM/DGM/AGM/SR. MGR. (COMMISSIONING)
The candidate should be a Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering having experience of 12 to 22 years. Should be competent for commissioning, trial operations and reviewing the testing and commissioning procedures related to various equipments and systems submitted by EPC Contractors.
D) GM/SR. DGM (OPERATIONS)
We are looking for professionals who are a graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering having experience of 17 to 20 years in a large size thermal power plant having PF boiler. He should have leading qualities and must possess good administrative and communication skills apart from sound technical knowledge of his domain.
E) GM/SR. DGM/DGM (COALWASHERY)
The candidate should be a graduate in Chemical/ Mechanical/Mining Engineering with experience of 15 to 20 years. He should be able to take care of coal washery operations, maintenance and statutory/safety aspects of washery and coal handling equipment.
F) GM/ SR. DGM/DGM/AGM (CHP)
The applicant should be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with experience of 13 to 20 years in the field of operation & maintenance of coal handling plant. Should have experience in handling of large size coal handling plant with stacking/reclaiming facility and coal yard management.
G) GM/ SR. DGM/DGM/AGM (AHP)
The candidate should be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with experience of 13 to 20 years in the field of operation & maintenance of large size ash handling plant, preferabiy with dense phase /pneumatic conveying systems and must be fully aware of Ash Dyke management.
H) AGM /SR. MGR. /MGR. (TOWNSHIP ADMINISTRATION)
The candidate should be a graduate in civil engineering having experience of 9 to 13 years. He should be able to head and handle all the activities related to colony maintenance, estate management and township administration.
I) AGM/SR. MGR. (ASH UTILISATION CELL)
We are looking for graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering having experience of 11 to 13 years. He should have technical expertise in the area of Ash handling and utilization.
J) SR. MGR./MGR. (ASH DYKE)
The incumbent should be a graduate in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering having experience of 9 to 12 years. Able to manage the ash slurry disposed to ash dyke in a safe and efficient manner and should be well versed with all environmental/safety norms.
K) 1ST CLASS/2ND CLASS MINING MGR. (COAL MINES)
The incumbent should be 1st class/2nd class mining manager with 12 to 17 years of experience in opencast/ underground coal mines.
L) SHIFT IN-CHARGE/ASST. MGR./JR. MGR. (OPERATIONS)
The candidate should be a graduate in engineering having experience of 3 to 15 years in operations of thermal power plant. He should be able to handle start ups, shut downs, emergency plant operations. Competent to take decisions for operation related issues on real time basis without jeopardising plant safety.
REQUIREMENT FOR PROJECTS – (4X600)MW
A) SR. GM/GM (CIVIL PROJECT)
The candidate should be a graduate in Civil Engineering having experience of 17 to 22 years in large size power plants with exposure in all aspects of civil construction related to power plant and well conversant with project management, contract management, safety norms etc.
B) DGM/AGM/SR. MGR. (ROAD CONSTRUCTION)
The ideal candidate should be a graduate in Civil Engineering having experience in construction of quality roads and highways, of around 11 to 15 years.
C) SR. GM/GM (MATERIALS AND CONTRACTS)
The incumbent should have experience of 15 to 22 years experience in power plant preferably site commercial, procurement & contracts activities.
D) ASST. MGR. (MATERIALS AND CONTRACTS)
Looking for professionals having 3 to 5 years experience in large size power plants. He should possess experience preferably in area off site commercial & contract activities and related expediting of supplies from vendors.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
A) DGM/AGM (GENERAL ADMIN AND HR-DCPP)
The candidate should be an MBA/PGDM in HR with any graduation having 15 to 20 years of experience in recruitment, T&D, IR, HR initiatives, statutory compliance, and management of contract labour in manufacturing unit.
