Finance and Accounts sector jobs openings at Jindal Aluminium Ltd Bangalore

We are a 45 years old Company with an annual turnover of Rs.1800 crores. We are the largest manufacturers of aluminium extrusions in the country with annual production capacity of 80000 tonnes having 1 / 3 share in the domestic market We are located on the outskirts of Bangalore City. We also have aluminium rolled products manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 40,000 tonnes. We are looking for dynamic, aggressive and painstaking persons for the following senior positions

Vacancy for Chief Finance Officer at Jindal Aluminium Ltd
Experience: 20 – 25 years
The candidate will be overall responsible for finance, Banking, Corporate Taxes, Company Law, Costing etc., aged around 45 years. He should also have thorough knowledge and experience about Foreign Exchange market. He should be a Chartered Accountant having 20 – 25 years experience in the above areas, out of which 10 years should be as Head of Finance and Taxation in a medium size company. He should also be competent for drafting Appeals / Petitions and for appearing before Appellate authorities at least upto the level of Commissioner (Appeals).

Vice President (Legal and Liaison)
Experience: 15 – 20 years and 5 years experience in a senior position of DGM and above
The incumbent will be responsible for handling entire liaison matters of the Company at senior levels of Central and State Governments including Deputy Commissioner, Secretaries and Ministers. He will also be responsible for handling legal matters including Court cases and land matters. He will be responsible for effective liaisoning with different State Government. Departments such as Revenue Department BESCOM, Pollution Control Board, Police, Director of Factories, Labour Commissioner etc. The candidate should be a Graduate with 15 – 20 years experience in handling legal and liaison matters with at least 5 years experience in a senior position of DGM and above. He should be aged around 40 years. The candidate should be very dashing, persuasive and convincing to get the work done from today’s public servants. Knowledge of speaking Kannada language is must.

Vice President (Operations)
Experience: 15 – 20 years
The incumbent will be responsible for various departments such as Production, Foundry, Tool Shop, Maintenance, Quality, Development etc. He will be fully responsible for shop floor administration andcoordination with all HODs for efficient running of the plant having production capacity of about 7000 tonnes per month. The candidate should be Mechanical / Metallurgical engineer and should have 15 – 20 years experience in an Engineering industry and aged around 40 years. He should be a hard task master, strict and action taking on erring employees. Candidate having experience in aluminium extrusion plant shall be given preference.

Chief Operating Officer
Experience: 15 – 20 years
He will be overall incharge of our Naturecure hospital know as “Jindal Naturecure Institute” and shall be responsible for efficient and effective administration of the Institute in the campus spread over in 100 acres of land with 600 employees. He should be capable to effectively monitor different departments of Naturecure hospital such as Treatment sections, Yoga, Physiotherapy, General maintenance, Engineering maintenance, housekeeping, Food and Beverages, Reservation, Front Office etc.
