PRESIDENT (Thermal Power) (Code – A) Group’s Power Company is known to source best power equipment from globally reputed manufacturers and is currently installing five machines of (660 MW) supercritical technology at two locations. Technical professionals with engineering background having ’25 to 30years of experience, willing to be part of this exciting phase, possessing analytical mind and leadership qualities, may apply. JOINT PRESIDENT (Technical) (Code – B) Engineering Graduates (Mech./Electrical), having at least 25 to 30 years experience in cement industry, out of which minimum two years experience should have been in large cement plant in recent past. Incumbent is expected to have good experience in operation/maintenance of critical equipments viz. VRMs/Roller Presses/latest generation coolers of large cement plant would be preferred. Jaypee Cement today operates five complexes with each complex having capacity of 5 MNTPA and it offers best exposure of latest equipment to any technical professional. JOINT PRESIDENT (Electro-Mechanical) (Code – C) Jaypee Group today operates three Hydro Power Stations with aggregate generation capacity of approx. 1700 MW, with each of the powerhouse having turbine/generator/GIS from globally reputed manufacturers. Engineering professionals with at 30 years experience in operation/maintenance of hydro turbines of at least 100 MW size experience in maintenance of associated electrical equipment pertaining to such machines, willing to be part of this extremely stimulating and challenging environment, may apply. SR. VICE PRESIDENT/VICE PRESIDENT (Finance) (Code – D) Incumbent should be a CA/ICWA with at least 25 years experience in a reputed organization and should be conversant with various facets of Accounts & Finance with budgeting, costing, MIS, statutory compliances etc. Person having worked in a continuous process industry or real estate having flair to learn and ability to lead from his own example, would be an ideal candidate. VICE PRESIDENT (Logistic Management) (Code – F) Incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant with MBA or B.E. with MBA and 25 years experience, having analytical mind with high degree of computer proficiency, experience in logistics/movement of semi finished/finished products wedded to cost effective working would be desirable for this position. With over 30 MTPA cement movement and over 5 million tonnes of coal movement, gives appropriate canvas for competent person to make this position effective within overall operating structure. Therefore, a Go-Getter with ability to deal with peers and seniors effectively having good knowledge of OR would be desired fit. VICE PRESIDENT (Administration) (Code – G) HR Professional with 30 years experience and conversant with labour laws, factory laws and other provisions applicable to industrial units, having leadership qualities, may apply. It is expected that the person (s) would absorb organization’s value system and shall lead from the front. He should have positive attitude and be proactive, should be able to exhibit high degree of involvement in every assignment all the time. Organization provides appropriate position for defence personnel; therefore, people below the age of 55 years, possessing above qualities may also apply. For relevant positions candidates working in Thermal Power Plant having units of 100 MW or more and looking for career in large Thermal Power Plant may apply. Mechanical/Electrical Engineers working in large continuous process industry like Steel / Cement /Fertilizers/Aluminium can also apply. * Vice President – (Operation)/(Maintenance) B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering. The candidates may have experience in operation of 100 MW plus size units having Pulverized Coal Bring System. They should have sufficient exposure of Thermal Power Plant inter alia Boiler, T.G., Coal Handling/Ash Handling System, Transformers, HT/LT Switch Gears, Switchyard, Instrumentation System and related fields. They should have also worked as a Shift Charge Engineer in the main plant for at least 5 years. Specified experience in various levels:
