Asst. Professors
First Class Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and 2 years relevant experience is desirable.

Associate Professors
First Class Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and PhD in appropriate discipline. Minimum of 5 years experience in teaching, research or industry with at least 2 years experience post- PhD.

Professors
First Class Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and PhD in appropriate discipline. Minimum of 10 years teaching, research or industry experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor.

Director
First Class Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and PhD in appropriate discipline. Minimum of 10 years teaching, research or industry experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor.
