The following positions are open at our R & O, Leaf Operations and safety functions based at Andra Pradesh and Karnataka.
1. Scientist (Agronomy or Soil Science) Job Code: AG/001
The incumbent will be responsible for establishing region specific cop production practices Continuously evaluate sustainable agronomic practices related to soil, nutrient and water management Coordinate and conduct collaborate field trials with external research organisations
QLF : MSc (Agronomy) and PhD in Agronomy / soil science, with 5 – 10 years of work experience.
2. Assistant Scientist (Agronomy) Job Code: AG/002
The incumbent should be able to plan, organise and execute agronomy experiments to meet the quality and productivity requirements across grating regions. Conduct trials on nutrient soil and water management. Coordinate with farmers and field staff for design and layout of experimental programme.
QLF : MSc (Agronomy) with 0 – 4 years of work experience.
3. Assistant Manager – Safety Job Code : AMS/003
The incumbent should have in-depth of EHS systems and precede as prescribed by statutes. Possess adequate knowledge of ISO 14000, OSHAS 18001, fire protection and prevention systems.
QLF B.Tech First class in Mechanical/Electrical. Diploma in Industrial safety from institutes recognized by state rules. Minimum 3 years of work experience in safety in a manufacturing/processing industry. The position is open in Karnataka and Andra Pradesh. Candidates should be well versed with respective local language.
4. Executive – Leaf Operations Job Code: ELO/004
The incumbent is expected to plan and execute crop development initiatives in key operating areas handle procurement and classification activities at godowns and product related operations in the threshing units.
QLF : MSc (Agriculture) with minimum 2 years of work experience.
5. Officer – Leaf Operations Job Code: LO/005
The incumbent is expected to execute agriculture activities like crop husbandry, seed production, farm extension, post harvest product management at farm level in major operating regions.
QLF : BSc (Agriculture) with 1 year or Diploma in Agriculture with minimum 3 years of work experience.
