For the departments of Anaesthesia, General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Radio Diagnosis, Casualty, Blood Bank and Dentistry.
a. Consultants (Full Time/Visiting)/Registrars (POSITION CODE: H1) – Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Anaesthesiology, Dermatology, Radio Diagnosis, ENT, Emergency Medicine, Neurology, Neuro Surgery, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Critical Care.
b. Resident Doctors/Resident Medical Officer (POSITION CODE: H2) – MBBS with minimum two years of experience.
c. Head of Medical Services/Dy Head – Medical Services (POSITION CODE: H3) – Post Graduate/Graduate in medicine, with relevant experience in Medical Administration.
d. Head of Nursing/Nursing Supervisor/Staff Nurse (POSITION CODE: H4) – Post Graduate/Graduate in Nursing with relevant experience in areas of Ward/ Emergency / OT / lCCU.
e. Para medical Staff (POSITION CODE: H5) – Qualified staff, with minimum two years of experience in the areas of Laboratory, Radiology, Non Invasive Cardiology, Dialysis, Neuro Diagnostics – EEG/EMG, Dietitian, Physiotherapy, Medical Record Technician.
IQ City Medical College– For the departments of Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Forensic Medicine, Microbiology, Pathology, Pharmacology and Community Medicine.
a. Principal (POSITION CODE: C1) – Post Graduate Medical qualification from recognized medical college with minimum 10 years of teaching experience, out of which at least 5 years as Professor.
b. Professor (POSITION CODE: C2) – Post Graduate Medical qualification from recognized medical college with minimum 4 years of teaching experience as Reader/Associate Professor.
c. Associate Professor (POSITION CODE: C3) – Post Graduate Medical qualification from recognized medical college with minimum 5 years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor/Lecturer.
d. Assistant Professor (POSITION CODE: C4) – Post Graduate Medical qualification from recognized medical college with minimum 3 years of teaching experience in relevant subject as Resident/Tutor or equivalent.
e. Tutor (POSITION CODE: C5) – MBBS or MSc from a recognized college.
Non Medical Positions (may be common for both Hospital and Medical College) – Each of the administrative departments mentioned below have vacancies for Head of Department and Executive positions, with relevant qualification and experience.
Departments: Hospital Operations, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Facility Management, Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Materials/Stores, Maintenance – Electrical, Civil, HVAC
a. HOD (POSITION CODE: N1) – Relevant qualification and minimum 10 years of experience in a hospital.
b. Executive positions (POSITION CODE: N2)- Relevant qualification and a minimum 2-10 years of experience in a hospital.
All positions would be based at Durgapur, except HOD Finance and HOD Purchase, which may be based at Kolkata. Salary and benefits would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
