For our ever growing Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Business at multiple locations within India and abroad, we have immediate opportunities for the following Professionals:

  ► RESIDENT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
  Engineering graduates having 15 – 20 years of experience in execution of large multi-disciplinary EPC Projects in Hydrocarbon, Petrochemical, Energy and Infrastructure sector. Will be responsible and accountable for end-to-end execution and delivery of the assigned project. He should guide / direct the planning / execution team to develop detailed project schedules and execute the construction on time and within the budget. Has to provide direction, leadership and guidance to the assigned construction team in respect to Health, Safety and Environment, Quality methods and procedures. Will have to coordinate with relevant departments in securing permits and licenses for the project. Should have knowledge of Oil & Gas and tank terminal construction and associated challenges. Should be culturally sensitive and adaptable and must have ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  ► PROJECT MANAGER
  Engineering graduates having 10-20 years of experience in execution of large multi-disciplinary EPC Projects in Hydrocarbon, Petrochemical, Energy and Infrastructure sector out of which minimum 5 years in the capacity of a Project Execution Head / Manager/Section In charge. Should possess sound knowledge of Project conceptualizing, Planning, Contract management, Cost control, Quality management, HSSE practices, coordination with consultants, technical teams and clients. Familiarity with approvals, clearances and permissions required for the development and construction of projects will be an added advantage. Should be able to build and sustain client relationships and be willing to work at project sites.

  Computer literacy is a must for both the positions.
  For both the positions candidates should be mobile and willing to work at any location within India & Abroad including Project Head Office in Mumbai.

For our 100% owned subsidiary IOT Design & Engineering, which provides design and engineering services in India and abroad and also meets IOT’s internal needs for pre-bid and detailed engineering, we have immediate opportunities for the following Design Engineers in Mumbai and Kolkata locations.

• PROJECT ENGINEERS
  Graduate Engineers having 3 to 15 years experience in Project Engineering, Planning, Reporting, Scheduling, Estimation, Execution, Coordination, Change management, understanding of contractual requirement in bid, Vendor Interactions involving multidisciplinary activities in Pre-Bid and Detailed engineering. Experience in software like Primavera, MS Project etc. will be required.
• PROCESS ENGINEERS
  Chemical Engineers having 3 to 15 years experience in design and engineering of process design. Should have knowledge and experience in developing process design basis, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment lists, process data sheet, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, package engineering, TBE, etc. They should be well versed in using process engineering softwares like HYSYS, PIPENET, HTRI, Surge studies etc. Experience in HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, SIL and other safety studies will be an added advantage.
• STATIC EQUIPMENT/TANKAGE ENGINEERS
  Mechanical Engineers having 3 to 15 years experience in designing tanks (including large diameter Cone / Floating / Dome roof tanks), pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns as per National and International codes / standards. Familiarity with design software like PVELITE, ETANK etc. is essential. Experience in design of double wall cryogenic tanks will be added advantage.
• INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERS
  Instrumentation Engineers having 5 to 12 years of experience in design and engineering in related field. Should have experience in DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD, Field Installations, Gantry automation system, CCTV, Fire and Gas system, TFMS, layout of both field and control room including package unit instrumentation. Able to take care of interface requirement of different discipline and Client requirements.
• PIPING ENGINEERS
  Mechanical Engineers having 3 to 12 years of experience in design and engineering in plant and piping engineering. Should have good knowledge and hands on experience in preparation of plot plan, piping layout, stress analysis, isometrics, MTO support design, materials for various services being used in related field. Knowledge of national and international codes and practices such as ASME, BS, API, IS, OISD is essential.
• MECHANICAL ROTARY EQUIPMENT
  Mechanical Engineers having 5 to 12 years experience in preparation of enquiry specifications, data sheets, technical bid evaluations, vendor print reviews of process compressors/ pumps / turbines, HVAC, material handling, offsites and utility packages and other package equipments, inter discipline coordination for packages. Knowledge of relevant API/ International standards is essential.
• CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS
  Civil Engineers having 3 to 15 years of experience in design of both RCC and Steel structures for Industrial plants. Should have experience in design of static and dynamic design calculations for Equipment foundations. Should have hands on experience in softwares like STAAD PRO, SAFE etc. Knowledge of Quantity surveying will be an added advantage.
• ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
  Electrical Engineers having 5 to 12 years experience in detailed design and engineering in related field, Should have experience in SLD preparation, ETAP Analysis, Sizing of LV/HV switchgear, Transformer, switchyard, cables and cable trays layout, Equipments selection, fault level analysis, Lighting, Earthing and Lightning Protection, BOQ finalization, material requisition, technical bid evaluation & Conversant with software tools.

For all the above positions candidate must not be more than 40 years of age. Computer literacy is a must for all positions. TERMINAL MANAGER
Degree/Diploma with 10+ years of experience in operations of large Oil Terminals/Chemicals

SHIFT INCHARGE
Degree / Diploma with 5+ years of experience in operations of Oil Terminals / Chemical Terminals.

MAINTENANCE INCHARGE
Degree / Diploma with 5+ years of experience in the maintenance of Oil Terminals / Chemical Terminals.
Candidates with 3 – 5 years of experience will be considered as Maintenance Engineers.

BOARDING OFFICERS
Degree / Diploma with 3+ years of experience of vessel boarding in Oil Terminals / Chemical Terminals.

OPERATIONS INCHARGE
Degree/Diploma with 7+ years of experience in operations of Oil Terminals/Chemical Terminals.

SHIFT ENGINEERS

HSSE INCHARGE
Candidates with Industrial Safety Diploma from State Technical Education board / Fire Engineer having relevant experience of minimum 5 years in Oil Terminals / Chemical Terminals. Should have knowledge of statutory regulations, Risk Assessment & HAZID.
