Age : 35 to 40 years
The incumbent will be overall in charge of production. He’should be a M.Sc in organic chemistry with at least 10 to 12 years experience with a leading speciality chemicals company. Should have worked in multipurpose plants. Must have experience in handling multistep batch production and have capability of handling 7 to 8 products simultaneously. Thorough knowledge of different chemical processes is a must Good planning capability and leadership skill is very essential.
