Marketing Manager – Online

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Create, manage and execute online marketing programs, social media marketing programs, and search engine marketing programs
Develop strategies for an engaging B2B customer experience on Infosys.com
Develop requirements and specifications for Infosys.com based on industry and consumer insights and business strategy
Define product development roadmap and handle prioritization of projects.
Responsible for the bottom line of the product functionality, user experience and adoption
Develop collaterals, guidelines, training material, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and create battle cards for the Unit Online Marketing function to increase adoption and effective use of online marketing/infosys.com
Develop and disseminate best practices
Manage budgeting and financials for the function
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Marketing, Operations, IT, Security and Infra Measurement, Analysis and Reporting
Assess the impact and ROI of online marketing programs and web presence
Drive efficiencies and effectiveness of online marketing programs and manage financial performance
Manage vendor ecosystem, vendor selection, evaluation, management, etc.
Manage recruitment and competency building for the function
Process definition, management and compliance

Qualification:
Master of Business Administration (Marketing)/ Bachelor’s in Engineering/ Liberal Arts

Skillset: Digital Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Product Management, Media Planning, Social Media Marketing, Web Analytics, Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Online Marketing Strategy, Vendor Management, Multi-tasking, understanding of UXD, Analytical skills, flexibility, adaptability, web technology, website management, relationship skills, project management, consultancy approach, negotiation skills, and leadership skills.

Learning Architect – Learning Services

Location: Pune

Responsibilities:
* Ensure design, development and review activities are in line with learning requirements
* Participate in requirement elicitation, validation of instructional design strategy and Knowledge Management activities with the objective of ensuring the highest level of service offerings to customers in own Learning Content type within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys Limited

Consultant- Information Systems

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:
* Excellent knowledge and grasp of one of the following SAP modules: FICO, SRM, HCM, CRM

For SAP HCM:

Senior Manager – Strategy Planning

Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities are summarized below. The incumbent would be expected to

Initiate discussion and decision-making based on an up-to-date (quarterly) knowledge base of markets, clients/prospects, competitive landscape, Infosys performance and insights into future evolution in all areas
Identify issues and opportunities and propose to the Infosys board; act upon new/untapped business growth opportunities
Create a robust data-driven basis for developing strategic imperatives and assumptions, goals for annual strategic planning and quantitative and empirical modeling of the solutions/ strategic action plans

Responsibilities:
Understand the requirement specifications to participate in design, development and testing
Impact analysis, create design specifications and unit test plans to develop/ validate or maintain the application
Understand application architecture to deliver architectural requirements
Develop and review artifacts, conduct reviews and unit tests and document test results
Work on ‘Go-Live’ activities as per the implementation plan
