A walk-in-interview will be conducted at Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology, Thanjavur-5 (Tamil Nadu) on 21.08.2013 at 10.00 AM to select candidates for the ongoing Projects. Candidates having qualifications mentioned below may attend:
Senior Research Fellow(SRF)
Rs.16000/- pm + HRA
EQ: Master’s Degree with 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA/CGPA in Agri. Process/ Food Engineering/ Food Process Engineering/ Food Technology/Agri. Economics /Agri. Entomology/ Food Science/ Post Harvest Technology/ Chemistry or Biochemistry with demonstrated skills on using hi-tech analytical instruments.
Age Limit:
35 years for men and 40 years for women as on date of Interview (Relaxable as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC Candidates).

EMPANELMENT OF LEGAL ADVISORS
Director, IICPT, Thanjavur invites applications from the Registered Advocates residing preferably around Thanjavur, Trichy, Madurai and Chennai for empanelment of Legal Advisors.
Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate Qualification in Law. Preference will be given to persons who already empanelled with GOI/PSUs/State Govt. organizations.
Minimum Experience: 15-20 years experience in the bar with knowledge of all Civil cases, Labour Laws etc.,
Remuneration: will be paid on case to case basis as per M/o Law & Justice approved rates.
Responsibilities: Shall include rendering expert advice on the law governing the issues including Tenders, Contracts and Agreements. Act as Departmental representative in the legal matters before the appropriate authorities, Tribunal, Courts of Law including High Court and Supreme Court.
