1. Service Head
Qualification: Engineering/ Diploma
Experience: 10years in Managerial position
Brief Job Profile : Ability to run multiple workshops as independent profit centre. Ensure customer satisfaction, build capability of dealership manpower. Business development plan for each workshop by improving customer retention, service marketing and maintaining high standards of service.

2. Managers – Service
Qualification : Engineering/ Diploma
Experience : 5 years in Supervisory / Managerial position
Brief Job Profile : Monitor and review workshop revenues to keep it in line with management expectations. Ability to lead and guide the workshop staff and ensure customer satisfaction. Prior experience in managing bodyshop operations is required.

3. Managers – Sales LCV
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline/MBA
Experience: 5 – 7 years
Brief Job Profile : Ability to handle a sales team and achieve group sales targets. Monitor stocks & plan billings. Manage sales related activities in all branch locations of the dealership. Experience in selling Light Commercial vehicles desirable.

4. Team Leader
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline / MBA
Experience: 3 years in Automobile sales
Brief Job Profile : Good track record in sales of Automobiles. Meticulous & Process driven. Ability to lead team of sales consultants.

5. Experience Executives
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline / MBA
Experience: 2 – 3 years
Brief Job Profile : Highly motivated individuals, Experienced in selling Hi-End lifestyle products/cars.

6. Field & Corporate Sales Consultants
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline / MBA
Experience: 2 years in Automobile sales
Brief Job Profile : Highly motivated individuals with ability to explore, generate enquiries & close deals at corporate level.

7. Home Installation Executive
Qualification: ITI / DEE
Experience : 3 years
Brief Job Profile : Job involves visiting customers post new car delivery for explaining product features & functions. Capable of providing electrical points for recharging of battery run vehicles at customers’ residences.

8. Delivery Advisors
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline
Experience : 2 years in any service industry
Brief Job Profile : Support sales team with timely delivery of vehicles. Good communication skill. Maintain delivery tracker & reports.

9. Activity Co-ordinator
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline
Experience : 2 – 3 years
Brief Job Profile : Capable of managing & coordinating events as per event calender planned for the month. Preparing reports on pre & post events and updating sales managers on a daily basis.
