IMMCO Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of IMMCO Inc, USA requires Project Manager, Technical Leads & Software Engineers in Java for its office located in CSEZ, Kakkanad, Cochin, Kerala.
Project Manager (5 to 8 years experience)
Candidate should be BCA/B.Tech/MCA with minimum 5 years experience in Software Industry, Experienced in complete Software Development Life Cycle. Good knowledge of Agile methodologies & CMMi process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills. Capable to build and guide a team of professionals. Capable to give superior attention to detail and ability to absorb & present complex business scenarios quickly & accurately and provide software solutions to challenging projects. Should have worked as a Project Manager for atleast one long term project of 2 years duration and team size of 25 to 40 resources; OR as Project Manager for minimum 3 short term projects of 6 to 9 months duration and team size of 10 to 20 resources.
Technical Leads (4 to 6 years experience)
Candidate should be BCA/B.Tech/MCA with minimum 4 years experience in Core Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP JDBC Struts Spring, JQuery/Ext JS. Previous work experience in developing SOAP/REST web services and knowledge of PL/SQL would be an added advantage. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading several software projects which includes ensuring adherence to coding standards, guiding technical team in design and development tasks. Building reusable components, technical solution for interface to legacy applications/tools. Assist test team in creating test plans and testing efforts. Assist Project Managers in effort estimation, project plans and milestone dates.
Software Engineers (2 to 4 years experience)
Candidate should be BCA/B.Tech/MCA with minimum 2 years experience in Core Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, JDBC Struts JQuery/Ext JS Previous work experience in Spring will be an advantage. Should carry a positive attitude and ready to face challenging projects Should be ready to working night shift, if required.
