A leading USFDA approved pharmaceuticals company requires the following personnel for its unit at D-10 (MIDC-KURKUMB), Tatuka-Daund, PUNE.
WALK IN INTERVIEWS
HEAD – PRODUCTION
Candidates should be B.Sc/ M.Sc/ B.Tech with 15-20 yrs. exp. in API. He should have good knowledge and exposure in production planning, responsible for achieving targets, enhancement of productivity / capacity utilization, coordination of QA. QC ENGG, HR LAB, cGMP. Proficiency in preparation & review of all validation protocols, responsible for product yield and quality, familiar in customer and WHO, FDA audits.
R&D– PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
Candidates should be M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry) with Ph.D and should have 5-12 yrs. of exp. He should have good exposure in HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS, IC and NMR instruments and should perform validations, stability, wet analysis, Characterisation, and impurity profiling. Should be familiar with GMP, GLP.
QUALITY CONTROL
Candidates should have B.Sc / M.Sc with 5-12 yrs. relevant exp. in bulk drug units. He should have exposure in planning & monitoring of day to day activities, analysis of stability studies, finished products, in process controls, intermediates, handling customer complaints, approval & rejection of API and intermediates, approval of SOPs, validation of analytical methods as per ICH/ USFDA guidelines & internal procedures, evaluation of non pharmacopoeial reference standards.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Candidates should have B.Sc / M.Sc with 5-12 yrs. exp. in bulk drug units and should have overall knowledge of quality assurance, monitoring & implementation of quality systems and procedures, preparation of SOPs, business communication, external and internal regulatory, non regulatory and client audits compliance, monitoring of qualification and validation activities, Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
CHEMICAL ENGINEERING
Candidates should be B.Tech with Chemical Engineering and should have at least 5-12 yrs. exp. in bulk drugs or any large chemical process units. He should have good exposure in planning and implementing maintenance schedule including time bound project execution with optimum utilization of manpower and material Responsible for on going process and manufacturing capability improvement/energy optimization.
PRODUCTION – SHIFT / BLOCK INCHARGES / CHEMISTS
(Candidates should be B.Sc / M.Sc with 3-8 yrs relevant exp in production in Bulk Drugs/API.
EHS
Candidates should be M.Sc / BTech in Chemical engineering with Dip in Industrial Safety having 5-15 yrs. exp. Should have good exposure in safety function, complying with safety norms, well versed with safety audits, implementation of EMS systems, document preparation of ( SOPs) in safety, compliance with safety regulations under Factories / Explosives act, Exp in bulk drug/chemical process units will be preferred.
MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE
Candidates should be B.Tech or Dip in Mechanical Engineering with 5-12 yrs. exp. in bulk drug industry. He should have good exposure which includes planning, coordinating, trouble shooting / break down / preventive / shutdown maintenance for curbing downtime to minimum level thru effective optimum usage of man & machinery, implementation of best maintenance practices.
ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE
Candidates must be B.Tech / Dip in Electrical Engineering having 5-12 yrs. exp. in bulk drug industry. He should have good knowledge in project execution & commissioning of HVAC systems and its maintenance, responsible for installation, commissioning of process & utility equipments. Implementation of good systems for maintenanceand energy optimization practices.
CIVIL ENGINEERING
Candidates must be Degree or Dip in Civil Engineering with 5-12 yrs. exp. preferably in bulk drug industry. He should be responsible for planning, execution and monitoring of excavation/ industrial structures/buildings, coordination with contractors /consultants and other agents for smooth running of projects, review of construction drawings, maintenance of existing plant, monitoring safety, estimation, costing and bill verification, reconciliation of work and quality aspects, willing to work different projects.
