Project Manager (CMF101)

  • DME/BE Mechanical with 8-10 yrs experience in fabrication, machining projects
  • Project initiation, planning, execution, controlling & installation of manufactured tools at customer site
  • Facilitating technical guidance & support to the site team
  • Coordinate with internal departments, engineers at sites, consultants and vendors
  • Good knowledge in QS/ OA, estimation, budget & cost control
    Project Engineer (CMF102)
  • DME with 3-4 yrs or ITI with 5-6 yrs experience
  • Experience in handling mechanical project type works
  • Knowledge & experience in commissioning and erection
  • Able to do field work and vendor follow up
    Design Engineers (CDE101)
  • DME/BE in Mechanical with 2- 4years experience
  • Experience in design of special purpose machines / moulds / dies / fabrications / Jigs & Fixtures
  • Strong in design principles & engineering fundamentals
  • Skilled in Unigraphics / Catia will be preferred
    Estimating Engineer (CDE102)
  • DME/ BE Mechanical with 2+yrs experience
  • Machining process, Material properties, Preparing cost proposals

  • Direct cost estimation – labour, materials, indirect labour, subcontractors and purchase items

  • BE / DME in Electrical/Mechanical with 4+ yrs experience
  • Knowledge in Control systems design, specification, programming, simulation and testing and start-up assistance
  • Experience in PLC Programming, Ladder logic, Safety circuits with any of the following PLCs: Rockwell / Siemens / Mitsubishi / Omoron; HMI or SCADA programming
  • Panel design and layout bill of materials and wiring schematic capabilities

  • Diploma / BE Mechanical Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in Project Management (preferably Turn-key BIW projects).

  • Knowledge in Auto-CAD and 3 D CAD Tools – UG/CATIA.

    Sr. Controls Engineer / Lead / Manager (MCE – 03)

  • Diploma / BE in Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics Engineer with 5 + Years of experience in industrial automation for Engineer level and 12 + years for Lead/Managerial position.
  • Knowledge in Controls systems design, Engineering, Schematic, PLC programming, HMI & SCADA development, simulation and testing.
  • Experience in Installation and commissioning at customer places is required.

    CAD Engineer (DCE – 05)

  • DME / BE Mechanical with 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Layout/Structural layout/Plant installation drawing creation.

    Process Engineer (DPE – 06)

  • DME / BE Mechanical with 3+ years of experience in Automotive Industry.
  • Experience in fixture design, Cycle time calculation and assembly line processing.
  • UG/CATIA/FI DES/AUTOCAD(2D/3 D) is an added advantage.

    Design Engineer (DDE – 07)

  • DME / BE with 6+ years of experience in BIW Welding Fixture Design.
  • Knowledge in UNIGRAPHICS/CATIA is preferred.
  • Strong in Design principles and Engineering fundamentals.

    Stores Officer (MSO – 08)

  • Any Bachelor degree with 7-10 years of experience in Shipping, Receiving & Inventory maintenance.
  • Knowledge in automobile stores domain & able to handle, automobile/mechanical/pneumatic related materials.
  • Knows & maintains project stores.
  • 5S & visual management of stores.
  • Maintains documents per ISO standards & follows safety rules & regulations.
