Opportunities For Operations & Maintenance Professionals
We are seeking applications (to fill positions both for Operations and Ongoing expansion projects) for the following roles from candidates working in organizations which profess best practices and have adapted continuous improvement as a stated culture.

Associate General Manager/Manager–Mechanical
The incumbent should have relevant experience in the following areas;

*Sound technical knowledge of maintenance of HEMM equipments
*Knowledge of Maintenance Planning, Budgeting & Control
*Keeping track of the latest trends for improving the productivity and utilisation of the equipments
*Spares Management
*Knowledge on various tools & techniques of Preventive / Predictive/ Proactive Maintenance
*Sound technical knowledge of mechanical maintenance of process plants
The ideal candidate should be a B.E./B.tech (Mechanical) with 8+ years experience in large mines or process plants.

Manager/Associate Manager–Ore Dressing
The incumbent will be responsible for planning and production from ore beneficiation plant operations which include primary, secondary and tertiary crushers, ball / sag mill, filtration and tailing disposal system and ensuring supply of required concentrate to the smelting units.
The ideal candidate should be a B.E. / B.Tech. (Mineral processing / Metallurgy) with 5-8 years experience in ore beneficiation plant operation.

Manager/Associate Manager–Safety
The incumbent will provide support to the HODs and SBUs to improve and implement effective safety management system, legislative compliances and safety policies of the organization to achieve the targeted safety indices such as TIFR, LTIFR, SI and MDL
The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Safety or B.E. / B.Tech. with Diploma in Safety and 5-8 years experience in Safety function in metal / cement / chemical / fertilizer / petro-chemical Industry and experience of bringing a cultural change and implementing globally accepted systems like DuPont.

Associate Manager–Geology
The incumbent will be responsible for Orebody delineation, diamond drilling, stope planning, Sampling, Mapping and preparation of orebody plans/sections.
The ideal candidate should be M.Sc/MTech (Geology/Applied Geology) from reputed institute with 3 – 6 years of experience in large underground metal mines.

Associate Manager–Civil
The incumbent will be responsible for preparation of Estimates, evaluation of bids, checking that the construction is going on as per the drawing and schedule, checking of drawings. The role will also involve checking of invoices/bills and total quality control.
The ideal candidate should be a B.E. / B.Tech. (Civil Engineering) with 3-6 years experience in Civil, Structure, Architectural design and Project Planning including manpower and resource planning.

Associate Manager–Process
The incumbent will be responsible for all the operational KPIs and deliverables, maintaining all the process quality parameters, specific consumptions of chemicals, ensuring proper records of the stocks of the material and Safety and Environment Management System.
The ideal candidate should be a B.E. / B.Tech. (Metallurgy / Chemical) with 3-6 years experience in smelter operations and knowledge of SAP PP Module

Associate Manager – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring highest levels of OEE, plant availability and preventive & predictive maintenance of equipments and spares planning.
The ideal candidate should be a B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) with 3-6 years experience in maintenance of mechanical / electrical / instrumentation equipments in chemical /process plants.

Project Heads
The incumbent will be responsible for the project scope planning, statutory clearances, execution, safety, monitoring and control. He will ensure to maintain the project timelines and execution within the budgeted cost. He will direct and manage project expectations to team members and the project partners. He will mitigate the project risks and navigate change.

The applicant should be an engineering graduate with 15 – 25 years of experience of which 10 years in leadership positions with extensive execution expertise in handling multiple projects through PMCs and in-house team, excellent relationship management skills, orientation towards techno commercial aspects and safety.

Project Managers
The incumbent will be responsible for project planning, execution, safety, monitoring and control. He will manage the budgeted timelines and costs. He will lead a team of project engineers who will be responsible for execution of project with national and international project partners.

The applicant should be an Engineering graduate with 8 -15 years of experience in large Mining Projects and exposure to SAP, MS Projects and AutoCAD systems.

The incumbent will be responsible for day to day activities in Open Cast/underground mines such as development/OB removal, drilling, blasting, mucking etc.
The ideal candidate should have a B.E. / B.Tech degree in Mining with 4 – 7 years experience in large mines, preferably from underground mechanized mines. “First Class” Mines Manager certificate will be an added advantage.

Associate Manager Survey (Code: AMS)
The incumbent will be responsible for Mine Development, survey of deep sinking shaft, drilling and blasting, Statutory Duties to certify plan and section are correct, physical verification, fill & void position in mine, examination of drawing from planning before execution, reconciliation of ore production & treatment etc.
The ideal candidate should be a B.E. / B.Tech (Mining)/Science Graduate with Mine Survey Certificate, having 4 -7years of experience in Surveying and leveling to develop underground mine for production and deep shaft sinking.

Associate Manager Geology (Code : AMG)
