SCIENTIST (Formulation Development) – Oncology Division

Ph.D. or M.Pharm. in Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Technology with 5 to 6 years experience in the Development of Parenteral Dosage Forms based on Nano Technology / Liposomal / Depo Medication of Oncology / Cytotoxic products. Knowledge of Question based Designing (QbD), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Technology Transfer & Regulatory compliance is desirable.

WANTED
POSITIONS : at various levels from EXECTUVE to HOD

EHS: M.Sc / BTech in Chemical Engineering with Dip. in Industrial Safety having 5-20 yrs of exp. Should have good exposure in safety functions, complying with safety norms, well versed with safety audits. Exp in Bulk drug and chemical process units will be preferable.

Quality Assurance : Candidates should have M .Sc with 5-20 yrs of exp in Bulk drug units.

Overall knowledge of quality assurance, monitoring & implementation of quality systems and procedures, preparation of SOPs, business communication, external and internal, regulatory, non regulatory and client audits compliance, monitoring of qualification and validation activities. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.

Quality Control : Candidates should have M.Sc with 5-20 yrs relevant experience in Bulk drug units. Planning & monitoring of day to day activities, analysis of stability studies, finished products, in process controls, intermediates, handling customer complaints, approval & rejection of API and intermediates, approval of SOPs, validation of analytical methods as per ICH/USFDA guidelines & internal procedures, evaluation of non pharmacopoeial reference standards.

POSITIONS: from ASSISTANT MANAGER – GENERAL MANAGER

CHEMICAL ENGINEERING:
Candidates should be B Tech with Chemical Engineering and should have 8-20 yrs exp in bulk drugs or any large chemical process units. He should have good exposure in planning and implementing maintenance schedules including time bound project execution with optimum utilisation of manpower and material. Responsible for on going process and manufacturing capability improvement / energy optimisation

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE :
Candidate must be B Tech / Dip in Mechanical Engineering with 8-20 yrs in bulk drug industry. He should have good exposure which includes coordinating, trouble shooting / break down / preventive / shut down maintenance for curbing downtime to minimum level thru effective planning optimum usage of man & machinery, implementation of best maintenance practices.

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE :
Candidate must be B Tech / Dip in Electrical Engineering having 8-20 yrs exp in bulk drug manufacturing. He should have good knowledge in project execution & commissioning of HVAC systems, and its maintenance. Responsible for installation, commissioning of process & utility equipments and electrical systems. Implementation and maintenance of good systems/practices for energy optimization.

PRODUCTION :
Candidate should be B Sc / M Sc / B Tech with 8-20 yrs exp in API. He should have good knowledge and exposure in production planning and responsible for achieving targets, enhancement of productivity / capacity utilization, co ordination of QA, QC, Engg, HR, Lab, cGMP. Proficiency in Preparation & review of all validation protocols, responsible for product yield and quality, familiar in customer and WHO, FDA, audits.

LIAISOING :
Candidate should be graduate/post graduate in any discipline with 15-18 yrs of Liaisoning exp with govt bodies such as EDCA, DCG (I.E. State Excise, Factories, DGFT, pollution control board etc and also with non govt bodies. Should have excellent communication and inter personal skills. A Retired Army / Police personnel not less than the rank of Inspector is desirable. And also having Exp. in big industrial sector is preferable.
