BUSINESS HEAD
A highly self motivated Graduate with minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management position. Will be required to manage day to day operations of the dealership. Should have excellent man management and communication skills. Will be required to develop, train and motivate a team to achieve dealership sales, service, parts and merchandise objectives. Should be extremely customer focused and will be required to maintain the highest levels of customer interaction and satisfaction. A passion for bikes and biking is a must.
BRAND SERVICE MANAGER
An MBA with proficiency in planning and executing marketing strategies, advertising and conducting product promotion activities consistent with the goals and objectives of the brand. Must possess leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. A minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE MANAGER
Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma in Merchandise Management with minimum 3 to 5 years Retail Management experience. Should have excellent communication skills. Should have knowledge of Inventory control, POS skills and a good eye for creating visual displays. Would be expected to hire, train and guide General Merchandise staff. Should be customer focused & have excellent knowledge of the latest fashion trends.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE SALES EXECUTIVES
Will look after the retail operations of the merchandise department. A smart, dynamic personality, 3-5 years of experience and knowledge of the latest fashion trends are a must. Should be ambitious and a team player.
PARTS & ACCESSORIES SALES EXECUTIVES
Graduate with good communication skills having a good knowledge of automobile parts and accessories and inventory management. Must have an experience of 3-5 years. Experience in the automobile industry is mandatory.
FINANCE & INSURANCE EXECUTIVE
Should have a good knowledge of finance. Would be responsible for finance and insurance related activities. A relevant experience of at least 3-5 years is necessary.
SALES TRAINEES
Graduate with an excellent command of English. A pleasing personality and 3-5 years of experience in any field is also a necessity. Will have to coordinate between the customer and the respective departments.
SERVICE TECHNICIANS
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI with knowledge of auto diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repair of high-end automobiles. Must have 6-8 years of practical experience. Computer knowledge would be an added advantage.
SERVICE CONSULTANT
Diploma holder / Graduates with adequate technical knowledge and good communication skills. Should have experience of around 3-5 years in a similar capacity with the ability to understand customer’s vehicles, diagnose problems and meet schedules. Will manage technicians and communicate job status to customers.
