Position Title : VICE PRESIDENT – TECHNOLOGY
Location : Haldia
Scope : Major responsibilities include providing technical guidance at leadership level to ensure reliable and optimum plant operation. Coordinating with other industry players, process licensors and technical consultants, to organize inputs-for monitoring and benchmarking plant performance.Driving performance gap analysis and conceptualizing new projects, etc. with reporting relationship to Head Plant.
Bachelor/Masters in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute.
25 years experience in Petrochemicals Operations and Technology, out of which 5 years experience as Head Technology in a large organization of repute. Should be around 50 years of age.
Persons considered otherwise suitable, but with little gap in experience may be considered for Chief GM- Technology position.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will not be a constraint.
