ASSISTANT COMPANY SECRETARY (MP-98)
The incumbent we are looking for should be a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and LL.B. with post qualification (ACS) experience of about 5 years in a Listed Company preferably manufacturing sector. The candidate should be well versed with the Companies Act, 1956, Companies Act, 2013 & Listing Agreement and should have good knowledge of Secretarial & Legal matters such as compliance with various laws, filing of various documents / returns with ROC, SEBI and Stock Exchanges. Candidate should be well versed in writing, drafting and vetting of legal documents, agreements, contracts etc. Age: Around 30 years.

The company is looking for dynamic paramedical professionals for following positions for its multispecialty hospital located in the township as well as Industrial Medical Centres located in the plant at Bharuch, as also, for TDI Project located at Dahej.
Male Nurse (on contract) (MP-99)
Incumbent we are looking for should be GNM (Recognized by Indian Nursing Council) with 1st class OR B.Sc. (Nursing) (Recognized by Indian Nursing Council) and with minimum 1 year of experience in a multispecialty hospital or in an industrial hospital. Age: Maximum 30 years.
ICU Nurse (on contract) – Male or Female (MP-100)
Incumbent we are looking for should be GNM (Recognized by Indian Nursing Council) with 1st class OR B.Sc. (Nursing) (Recognized by Indian Nursing Council) and should have done ICU Training from a recognized institute and with minimum 1 year experience in an ICU or in a Critical Care Unit. The incumbent should be able to use ICU gadgets like BiPAP, Invasive Ventilator, Multipara Monitor, Defibrillator and draw arterial blood gas samples. Age: Maximum 35 years.

Sr. Medical Officer
