Currently, GRUH has its operations in the state of Tamil Nadu with 4 Retail Offices and now, the Company is planning to expand its reach in Tamil Nadu. The Company is looking for candidates for the following positions and locations:
Regional Manager – Tamil Nadu
Job Profile: The candidate is expected to establish GRUH’s presence in the state of Tamil Nadu by expanding Retail Office Network and achieving quality business volume in the region and also leading as well as motivating the team of professionals. The candidate must be familiar with the major, small and medium sized towns and cities of the state and has an experience of leading operations as a Profit Centre Head, preferably in a Housing Finance Company.
The Candidate : MBA/P.G. in the age group of 35-45 years with minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Area Manager
Tambaram, Trichy & Salem
Job Profile : The candidate is expected to lead a cluster of Retail Offices. He is expected to travel extensively to strengthen Retail Operations, implement set rules, policies & procedures, provide necessary guidance & directions to teams and achieve set business targets of disbursement and recovery.
The Candidate : MBA/P.G. in the age group of 30-40 years with minimum 7-12 years of experience of leading operations as a Profit Centre Head, preferably in a Housing Finance Company.
Branch In-Charge
Tambaram, Trichy, Salem, Dindigul, Virudhunagar, Namakkal, Karur, Thanjavur, Ambattur, Pudukkottai, Dharmapuri, Theni
Job Profile : The candidate is expected to undertake development of housing loan business and provide excellent customer service. Efficient recovery management shall be performance barometer by ensuring proper quality of Housing Loan Business.
The Candidate is also expected to ensure proper functioning of back office, accounts and administration of Retail Office.
The Candidate : Graduate/P.G. in the age group of 25-36 years with minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience.
For all the above positions, computer proficiency (MS Office) is a must. The candidate having experience in Housing Finance Industry will be preferred.
