BUSINESS HEAD
The candidate is responsible for implementing Company’s strategic business plan and overseeing the day to day operations of business to ensure continued growth.
Graduate in Food Science/Mechanical engineering preferably with a Management Degree, age 35- 45 years, 10-15 years of relevant experience out of which 5 years in a senior management position in manufacturing environment. The incumbent should have excellent leadership skills handling multi-functional areas and strategic vision to interpret and act up on management information and market trends.
SALES HEAD
The candidate should be a Graduate preferably MBA in Marketing with minimum 15 years of experience in selling in FMCG industry, preferably food products out of which at least 7 years shall be in a senior level.
The incumbent is capable of generating / managing business from both National and International Markets. Possess excellent communication skills and prepared to travel extensively. Age around 40 years.
