GRG School of Management Studies (GRGSMS), established in 1993, is a part of the GRG Group of Institutions (since 1956) in Coimbatore. It is one of the very few dedicated exclusively to women.

DEAN
We are seeking applications from eligible candidates for the position of Dean. Applicants, male or female, aged over 40 years, should possess a PhD and an MBA degree from a recognised institution, with over 15 years of academic experience in reputed b-schools. Candidates should possess leadership qualities and proven credentials of a good teacher, researcher and administrator. He/she should have accepted levels of publications to their credit. Significant exposure to industry through work, consulting or training will be desirable and given weightage in selection.
Candidates should possess a flair for academic administration, be futuristic in approach, be technology- savvy, and be able to evolve strategies for achieving academic excellence.
Compensation will be commensurate with qualification, experience, and other relevant criteria.
