Regional Office for Health and Family Welfare is the focal point for intensifying prevention and control of Vector Borne Disease in the country. For strengthening these measures following positions are required at Regional Office of Health and Family Welfare, Chennai. The posts are purely temporary on contractus) basis for a period of one year/till the post is filled upon regular basis. The remuneration is as per the minimum wages notified for each category of post by the State Government of Tamil Nadu.

Terms & Conditions:
- The eligible candidates may appear for walk-in-interview along with resume, passport size photograph, certificates of orginal and a set of xerox copies.
- Age: 35 years (Age relaxation for SC/ST/Women is five years and three years for OBC).
- The place of work will be at Plant Quarantine Station, Tuticorin.
- The position is purely temporary and will be filled on contratcual outsourcing basis for remaining financial year 2013-14 and will continue up to 31st March 2014. There will be no liability of permanent absorption. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates appearing for interview.
