We are looking for engineers who are highly enthusiastic, result oriented ‘out-of-the-box’ thinkers to fill the following positions:
Senior General Manager/ General Manager – R&D
The candidate must have a Ph.D with experience of 15 years and above in the process development and scale up of organic synthons, monomers & polymers and high performance pigments. The candidate should also be well versed with the IPR regime.
Senior General Manager / General Manager / Deputy General Manager
The candidate must be a Chemical / Metallurgy Engineer with 15 yrs & above experience in project management – erection and commissioning of plants, team management, mentoring key technical staff, participation in technology licensing efforts and effective management & implementation of new ideas & technologies. Candidates must have the ability and willingness to learn new technologies. Those with experience in process development & scale-up would be preferred.
Deputy General Manager/ Assistant Manager
Candidates should be Chemical Engineers with 7 to 15 years of experience in the field of chemicals, polymers and pigments. Candidates must have the ability to lead a team of engineers in project implementation with exposure to design and commissioning of the project. Candidates with experience in EPC / Consultancy organizations and those with exposure to R&D based projects are preferred. For the Assistant Manager’s position, candidates with exposure to preparation of basic engineering packages for batch processing development in R&D labs are preferred. They are expected to be involved with the coordination of project implementation and commissioning of the plant.
