1. Project Manager – Roads & Structures
Ref. Code : GHR – 01
Qualifications : Post Graduate / Graduate in Civil Engineering from a reputed University with minimum 10 to 15 years experience in Roads / Highways preferably in Rigid Pavements, Elevated Corridors / Major Structures of a complex nature, including minimum 5 years experience in similar role or capacity.
Responsibilities : Primarily responsible for ensuring planning, programming and implementation of the project as per the time lines and controlling its logistics, quality, safety and cost. Should also possess experience in subcontracting and vendor management.

2. Deputy Project Manager – Roads & Structures
Ref. Code : GHR – 02
Qualifications : Post graduate / Graduate in Civil Engineering from a reputed University with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Roads / Highways preferably in Rigid Pavements, Elevated Corridors / Structures of a complex nature, including minimum 2 years experience in similar role or capacity.
Responsibilities : Primarily responsible for assisting the Project Manager and ensuring planning, programming and implementation of the project as per the time lines and controlling its quality, safety and cost. Should also possess experience in subcontracting and vendor management.

3. Senior Cost Accountants
Ref. Code : GHR – 03
Qualifications : Should be a qualified Cost Accountant ( ICWA ) with 6 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in cost and commercial management of major highway projects of a complex nature, including minimum 3 years in a similar role and capacity from a major infrastructure business company related to Roads, Highways, Bridges, Railways, etc.
Responsibilities : Primarily responsible for the coordination between the project site and the Head Office in controlling the planned budget and prepare & submit the MIS time to time and advise the top management.

4. Deputy Chief Finance Officer / Senior General Manager F & A
Ref. Code : GHR – 04
Qualifications : Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant ( CA ) with 10 to 15 years post-qualification experience in cost and commercial management of major highway projects of a complex nature, including minimum 3 years in a similar role and capacity from a major infrastructure business company related to Roads, Railways, Highways, Bridges, etc.
Responsibilities : The role would be cost planning / estimation and commercial management during the entire life cycle of the project from inception to completion. He should collect the cost and finance information from the Costing and Accounts head from the sites evaluate the same with the budget Vs actual and submit the consolidated report to the management. The role will also include value engineering, risk management, procurement advice and assistance during tendering procedures, commercial management, contract administration, management / negotiation of vendors and subcontractors.

5. Senior Quantity Surveyors / Quantity Surveyors
Ref. Code : GHR – 05
Qualifications : Graduate in Civil Engineering from a reputed University with minimum 5 to 10 years experience of quantification & estimation etc., in Roads, Elevated Corridors / Highways / Structures of a complex nature and having complete exposure in Quantification and Estimation using related softwares’ like Auto CAD, Road estimator etc., including minimum 5 years experience in similar role or capacity.
Responsibilities : Primarily responsible for ensuring the Quantity estimation and materials control, compilation of quantities between design and actual and controlling sub-contractor and other payments.

6. Site Accountants
Ref. Code : GHR – 06
Qualifications : The candidate should be a qualified B.Com / M.Com with 6 to 9 years of post-qualification experience in cost and commercial management of major highway projects of a complex nature in a similar role and capacity. He should be from an infrastructure business company i.e. Roads, Highways, Bridges, Railways, etc.
Responsibilities : The candidate should have through knowledge of site accounts including Daily Cash & Bank Book Transaction, TDS, Service Tax Reports, Quarterly Sales Tax Register, Bank Reconciliation & Monthly etc
