APTITUDE TRAINERS

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Developing students’ Quantitative Aptitude as part of placement training
  • Creation of all necessary content for training
  • Delivery of training
  • installing systemic measurement metrics for measuring the performance of the students
  • Keeping abreast of various developments in placement & entrance exam practices and training students to excel
  • Conducting periodic tests, reviews and analyses of students’ performance
  • Setting question papers for Mock Tests & Full Tests – across varying levels of difficulties
  • Reviewing previous placement papers and customising aptitude content accordingly

EXPERIENCE : Minimum 3 – 8 years of experience with at least 2 years as Quantitative Aptitude Trainer.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

  • Training experience in Aptitude and Quantitative Skills
  • Ability to set question papers of varying difficulties to prepare students well for placement
  • Managing the Quant & Aptitude Training team for effective implementation of the program
  • Suitable candidates will be graduates with a analytical mind and a keen interest in mathematics and a penchant for training

ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINERS

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • To Assess and Grade students’ English tests
  • Analyse weak areas of language and influence of the mother-tongue
  • Preparation of course work, planning of classes and marking of work handed in
  • organization of extra-curricular activities using Experiential and Hands-on Training to set targets for students
  • All assessment activity using the appropriate technology
  • Training student to improve command over language
  • Creative training techniques using effective presentations and facilitation skills
  • Ensuring timely, successful completion of training
  • Conducting feedback sessions on efficacy of training

EXPERIENCE : B.A./M.A./M.Phil/Ph.D in English

  • Any other qualifications with relevant experience
  • Work experience in the education domain will be an advantage
