Admin Manager -1 No
4-5 yrs experience in administration. Well versed in managing office administration & day to day activity.

Assistant Sales Manager – 1 No
MBA/ Graduate with minimum 4-5 yrs experience in Real Estate.

Customer Care Manager -1 No
MBA/ Graduate with min 4-5 yrs exp in Real Estate with good linient, calm & polite nature. Legal document knowledge preferable.

Senior Sales Executive – 5 Nos.
MBA/ Graduate with minimum 3 yrs exp in Real Estate. Energetic with positive attitude & having zeal to work hard.

Telecallers – 2 Nos (Female)
Any Graduate with minimum 3 yrs experience with Real Estate. Good communication skill is must preferably known languages- English, Marathi & Hindi.

Front Desk Executive – 2 Nos (Female)
Any Graduates with minimum 2-3 yrs of experience in Real Estate. Ability to handle front office management.

Project Manager – 1 No
BE-Civil with minimum 3-5 yrs exp in land development & construction for handling overall project.

Site Engineer – 5 Nos
BE-Civil / Diploma holder with minimum 2-3 yrs experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure development & construction. Ability to get work done.

Site Supervisors – 5 Nos

REQUIRED

  • CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER: (1 Post) MBA/ICWAI with min. 10-15 yr. of experience in real estate (including complete business planning and operations, sales+marketing, strategy planning and implementation, legal, site development etc.)
  • Finance Manager: (1 Post) CA. with min. 10 yr. of experience in real estate. Will be responsible for financial operations including accounting, budget planning, tax reporting, preparation of financial reports and overall risk management.
  • G.M. Sales & Marketing: (1 Post) MBA with min. 15 yr. of experience in real estate. Should lead, supervise, monitor and organize all resources to carry out sales implementation. Excellent communication acumen with exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Asst. Sales Manager – (M/F): (2 Post) MBA with a min. 7-9 yr. of relevant experience. Should have strong acumen for sales. Excellent presentation skills and team building.
  • Project Engineer: (2 Post) B.E. Civil with min. 5 yr. of relevant experience in construction site execution and responsible for project execution by coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
  • Account Assistant – (M/F): (1 Post) M.Com with min. experience of 5 yr. Well versed with Tally 9.2 and maintaining daily accounts.
  • Front Desk Executive – (F): (2 Post) Smart graduate with pleasing personality with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in basic computer and office activities essential.
  • Typist :(1 Post) Min. 1-3 yr. relevant work experience with 40 w.p.m. speed in Marathi & English typing with IT skills.
  • Land Surveyor – (M): (1 Post) ITI Graduate with 1-3 yr. relevant work experience of govt, land survey process and on-site execution.
  • Project Manager: (1 Post) B.E. Civil with min. 10 yr. of experience in real estate infrastructure development and residential project. Perform a key role in project planning and estimation, implementation of various operations through proper co-ordination with architects, consultants, contractors & sub contractors, proficiency in Auto Cad.
  • Business Development Manager – (M/F): (5 Post) MBA with 7-9 yr. of experience in real estate sales only. Develop & Supervise new business relations with clients for effective commercial deals.
  • Sr. Sales Executive – (M/F): (5 Post) Graduate / MBA with 3 yr. of experience in real estate sales; should be smart and pro-active. Excellent communication skills with convincing presentation capabilities.
  • Telecaller-(F):(2 Post) Smart young graduate with excellent command over English, Hindi and Marathi.
  • Legal Head :(1 Post) LLM / LLB with relevant 10 yr. experience in real estate, legal and govt, processes including drafting, verification, litigation, court matters, execution of agreements, etc.
