- Japanese Language Level 2 or equivalent. Experience in handling Japanese business communication. Ability to work closely with Japanese stakeholders
- 8 12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management Service Delivery in an enterprise environment as a Service Lead/Manager with a team size of 25+
- Able to monitor, review and manage performance of service delivery against defined SLAs
- Excellent understanding of ITIL framework based service delivery
- Ability to drive continuous service improvement plan, quality of service delivery, customer satisfaction. Good understanding of managing project/ engagement level P&L
