We are a midsized Software Development company, having 55 employees and operating from Durgapur, West Bengal. We work for US based companies having large Telecom and Enterprise clients around the globe. We have many years of experience in developing control panel, order management, service catalog, billing, and provisioning platforms for cloud service providers.
We immediately require candidates for the following positions:
Team Lead / Technical managers for Java Development (4 Positions)
B.E./B.Tech./M.C.A.
Min 8+ Years of experience in Java, Hibernate, Grails with 3 years of experience in technically leading a team. Expertise in BSS/OSS, Hosting, Cloud / laaS is a plus. Should possess strong leadership, team coordination, and supervisory skills to effectively lead development team members and direct assignments to effectively utilize resources to ensure successful delivery of business solutions. The candidate needs to be hands on coding and technical work.
Senior Java Developers (4 Positions)
B.E./B.Tech./M.CA.
5+ Years of experience in Java, Hibernate, Grails. Expertise in BSS/OSS, Hosting, Cloud/laaS is a plus. Must have knowledge of CSS, htm5, jQuery.
Experience in designing interactive user interfaces for browser based applications for Desktops and Smart Phones. Need to apply creativity combined with expertise in usability research, human computer interaction and graphic design to solve diverse GUI design issues. Require exceptionally strong sense of aesthetics and attention to details.
System Administrators for Microsoftgies (4 Positions)
B.E./B.Tech./M.CA.
5+ Years of experience in deploying Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Lync for large telcos or enterprises. Expertise in deploying and using BSS/OSS, Cloud/laaS is a plus and knowledge on Windows Azure, Amazon Web Services is a plus.
OpenStack Admin with strong network knowledge (2 Positions)
B.E./B.Tech./M.C.A.
Overall industry experience of 5+ years with 2+ Years of experience in datacenter management for Networking, OpenStack & Virtual Machines. Hands-on knowledge/experience on OpenStack.
QA Engineer (4 Positions)
B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A
3+ Years of Experience in QA (Manual testing, Automation testing) of Web applications. Business Requirements Analysis, Software Testing, Technical Writing, process improvements.
Lead, Technical Content Development (1 Position)
6+ Years of experience in writing, managing, supervising and releasing Technical Publications.
Should be highly skilled in writing and designing end-user software manuals, online help, Web content, Web help, training guides, installation guides, white papers, proposals, presentations, and reports. Must be an excellent communicator in English and experienced in managing a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other technical authoring tools required.
Candidates must possess the following skills for any position.
- Strong English communication skills-written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate with foreign nationals directly and capture requirements in Web conference calls and make presentations.
- Ability to travel to customer location (abroad) and implement projects.
- Ability to produce excellent technical specifications and analysis reports.
