MANAGER/SR. MANAGER(R & D)
BODY ENGINEERING: Candidates should be B. E. (Mechanical / Automobile) with 8 to 12 years of experience in Vehicle Body/Cabin Design. Knowledge of modem vehicle Interior and Exterior Design. Design of Dash Board, Bumper, Grill etc. Knowledge of upholstery and seating systems. Exposure to Vehicle body code, Test standards will be added advantage. Familiarity and working experience in software Iike Catia and V5 must.

ELECTRONIC / ELECTRICAL DESIGN: The Candidates should be B. E. Electronics, ME / M. Tech. Electronics with minimum 8 to 10 years experience in Automotive Electronic Control System Design, Development, Commissioning, Trouble-shooting with hands on experience in development of :
1. ECU & Diagnostic Tool.
2. Driver assist system and body control module.
3. Sensors used for CRDI & EGR System.
4. Wiring harness.
5. Overall vehicle and engine electronics and its architecture.

DY. MANAGER/ MANAGER (R & D)
ENGINE DESIGN : The Candidates should be B.E./ME with minimum 8 to 10 years experience in Design & Development of Engine sub-systems like Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head, Crank Train, FEAD, Lubrication, Engine Testing , Engine calibration, Emission Optimization, Intake & Exhaust System.

ENGINEER/SR. ENGINEER (R&D): Candidates should be Graduate/Diploma / Post Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in the following areas VEHICLE DESIGN: Design of Steering System, Suspension, Brakes System, Engine Cooling System, Air Intake, Vehicle Integration.

BODY DESIGN: BIW Design, Modern Vehicle Interiors & Exterior including seating system, Design of Dash Board, Bumper, Grill etc.

ENGINE DESIGN & TESTING: Design & Development of Engine sub-systems like Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head. Crank Train, Valve Train, FEAD, Lubrication, Engine Testing, Engine Calibration, Emission Optimization, Intake & Exhaust System.

ENGINE & VEHICLE CALIBRATION ENGINEERS: Familiar with ETAS / INCA Software. Knowledge of ETAS Tool. Familiar with EDC Systems / VISU software and diagnostics. Knowledge of Sensors, Actuators and wiring harness. Hands on experience in Engine Testing & Vehicle Calibration

VEHICLE & COMPONENT TESTING: Familiar with vehicle Test IS standards. Vehicle durability and reliability testing, Proto vehicle Assembly, Certification testing as per CMVR. Familiar with IS & AIS Standards. Well conversant with Hydro pulse system. Experience in Fixturing & Test Rig development

Candidates must have knowledge and working experience in design & testing area of an Automobile Company. Should have worked in 3D environment familiarity and working experience in software like CATlA,V5 must.
