Wanted Professionals for LED Lighting Industry
Fiem is diversifying into LED lighting business for domestic, industrial, commercial establishments and also for public transportation systems. Fiem is having 8 state of the art factories – 4 located in north and 4 located in south.
In order to strengthen its R&D Centre for development of energy efficient lighting system is looking for following personnel.
1. Manager – M.Tech (Illumination Engg)/ B.Tech (Electrical/ Electronics Engg) with 10 years Experience.
2. Asstt. Manager/ Sr. Engineer – B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics Engg/ Application software with 5 years experience.
Diploma Holders with longer experience in LED / Lighting Electronics may also be considered at different levels including electronic manufacturing / SMT Line.
The positions will be interesting and extremely challenging with wide range of opportunities for career growth for the right candidate. Salary will not be a constraint.

R&D
Divisional Manager/Sr. Manager/Manager: M.Tech/ B.Tech with minimum 10-15 years experience in electronic R&D out of which at least 5 years experience in LED industry essential. PhD in Physics with appropriate Research/ Industrial experience will also be considered.
Exceptionally qualified and experienced persons may be considered as General Manager position.
Job-Requirement: Product Design, Development, component selection, designing of jigs, Fixtures, Test Circuits, Test formats including simulation test for performance analysis, endurance test formats, design experiments, predictive Life Test, Hardware/Software/ firmware interface, Review of algorithm and codes, software testing etc.
MARKETING
General Manager (Marketing): Qualified & experienced having thorough knowledge in energy efficient lighting system for consumer durable markets. Compensation package is one of the best in the Industry and career prospect is bright for the right candidate.
