SUPER LUXURY REALTY PROJECT MANAGER : B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engg. (Civil) from a reputed University/ Institution for construction of Patna’s finest residential cum commercial super luxury project having over 350000 sq.ft. super builtup area conceived by Architect Hafeez Contractor. The job requires coordination between architect, structural engineers & MEP consultant, selection of contractors, procurement of building materials & inspection for fast and successful implementation of the project in the scheduled time span. Should have at least 10 yrs experience in construction of modern highrises. SITE ENGINEERS – (2): He should have at least 5-10 yrs. experience in construction of highrises and will be responsible for successful implementation of the project in 2.5 yrs. CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER :- Should be a pleasing extrovert fluent in English preferably having an experience in real estate marketing and managing prospective customers. SALES EXECUTIVES – (6): Smart young extroverts capable of marketing over 175 flats in a short span. Should be fluent in English & Hindi.
