For a Leading Forging Industry we require :
SR. MANAGER (CDFS)
Qualification: DME/BE Mechanical or DME with NIFFT Diploma.
Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 Yrs. experience in close die forge shop, should be able to handle pneumatic hammers of 1/2 to 5 ton and must possess operational knowledge of air compressor & Furnaces. Having experience in curtailing forging cost & optimizing Energy efficiency. Should have knowledge of ISO/TS documentation and NC controls.
SECURITY OFFICER
Candidate should be graduate, computer literate, with good command over English, Ex-army only with at least 10 yrs of exp. as a SECURITY OFFICER, should be able to manage all the security related functions, keep liaison with concerned authorities. Should posses good leadership virtues to lead the team of security force, should have knowledge of fire fighting and its hazards, should be able to control and protect company in emergencies, natural disasters, fire incidents and in bandhs, should be vigilant over movements of men & material around the organization.

MANAGER (Close Die Forge Shop)
BE (Mechanical) / DME with minimum 10 to 15 yrs of exp. Should be able to manage operations as well as Maintenance of Forge Shop equipped with Pneumatic Hammers, Mechanical and Hydraulic Trimming Presses. Should be conversant with forging defects. Knowledge of furnaces, Air Compressors and utility equipments is essential, Should have leadership quality, communication skill and should be well aware of ISO/TS requirements.
